We understand that being charged twice and facing difficulty in reaching the manager is unacceptable, and we genuinely regret any frustration this may have caused.Please rest assured that we take this matter seriously, and we are actively investigating the issue to rectify the billing error. We see that your reservation was booked thru Expedia and was a hotel collect reservation, per our policy we were unable to collect full amount on the card provided during reservation booking so we had to 2nd night stay on another card. The total charge of 261.60 was processed on you card.
