L'hôtel est impeccable. Le seul défaut est qu'ils ne servent pas de petit-déjeuner. Mais les 2 filles (françaises !) de l cuisine m'ont donné l'adresse d'une boulangerie où j'ai pu avoir un très bon petit déjeuner, servi par...une française ! Hôtel à retenir

Satisfaisant
Établissement situé à l'entrée nord de Bicheno, face à la mer. La route passe devant mais l'hôtel est un peu en retrait donc pas trop dérangé par le bruit. La chambre est conforme à ce que l'on peut attendre de cette chaîne. Satisfaisant.

Confort, calme et bien placé.
Hôtel bien placé donnant chacune sur la mer ou un jardin intérieur avec jeux pour enfant et piscine. La chambre à tout comfort, propre. Bien placé dans cette petite ville où l'on a petit supermarché, restaurants (en particulier celui en face de l'hôtel qui dispose d'un cadre très agréable et donnant sur l'océan, la cuisine est convenable.

Bon établissement confortable
Dans cet endroit les hôtels offrent un rapport qualité prix peu satisfaisant. Celui ci m a semblé être le plus intéressant. Au bord de la route principale bien peu passante il propose une chambre spacieuse et très propre, contemporaine, et bien aménagée. Une petite terrasse permet de profiter selon la situation de la piscine toute proche. Le seul point moyen de la chambre est la literie avec un matelas déjà déformé mais cela reste supportable Nécessaire à the et Cafe dans la chambre, frigo et écran plat. La salle de bain est très grande et bien aménagée malgré les wc dans la même pièce. L'ensemble est assez silencieux même si on entend quand même un peu l'activité de l'extérieur. Accueil très agréable et pro. Possibilité de petit déjeuner sur place. Une laverie, une piscine.

One of the most amazing location. The balconies open to a small garden with clear visibility to the sea beach. Start the day early with a great cafe a few mins walk away and come back home tired to catch a in-house dinner and pub relaxation. Hit the bed in absolutely tranquil environment and crisp clean bed for sweet dreams.

Lovely big room with balcony and sea view - worth paying extra for this. The meal in the pub wasn’t brilliant unfortunately. Breakfast isn’t provided but there’s a lovely bakery in town. Parking was right outside the room.

The room, facilities & bathroom were good, though the shower seemed to flood a bit. The attached bar staff were all really friendly & helpful & having a laundry was great. A bit too expensive in my opinion.

Nice and close to the beach and hotel next door for easy access to a meal when there aren’t many options. Poolside room had a neat little balcony with seats and table.

Great location. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was nice but cold. Staff were a bit slow at reception but friendly.

Our pool is heated but as it is outdoors it is not always temperature regulated. We have been in the process or training new staff and we are in the busy season meaning that there are a lot of people staying with us making check ins sometimes take a bit longer. The TVs do have a screen sharing option so you can always watch something on your phone or computer shared with the tv. We do not provide bottled water as all tap water is safe to drink. Clean, basic room in great location. Room didnt have a toaster, but when we asked for one staff were friendly and kind enough to supply a toaster and plates for breakfast.

We loved our night here and had an ocean view room with balcony to enjoy the views. Very convenient 5 minute walking distance to town.

Overcharged me
The hotel was good, but not for $215 a night. I booked for $175, but the hotel charged me $40 extra on the arrival despite early communication. Think they charged me extra knowing that I do not have any other option. I gave 3 stars as the room itself was good with all amenities. I probably will not stay again.

Value for money. Walking distance to check out the penguins. But could get pretty noisy as this is a motel. Pending on luck, it might be a quiet day but we weren't too lucky as our neighbours were families with young kids. So yeah, kids screaming.

This place was fantastic. We stayed in one of their renovated 2 bedroom units at the back. It was quiet, the unit itself was lovely, well appointed and plenty of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. The kids also loved the pool. Would definitely stay again.
