Bien décevant. Installation prestations pas à la hauteur des commentaires. Petit déjeuner répétitif. Il faut réclamer tous les jours pour avoir du savon. Papier toilette ect.. Je ne le recommande pas.

Trés bon qualité/prix
Mon séjour a été agréable les logements sont luxueux et confortables le seul point négatif est l'eau salée dans la robinetterie mais l'établissement offre de l'eau minérale en bouteille - faudra également vérifier la description mentionnée en français car la traduction sur certains services s'est avérée incorrecte

Beirut time
Hotel très bien placé dans le centre de Beirut (Hamra), proche de tout (commerces, restaurants, bars...). Personnel très accueillant et toujours prêt a rendre service. Déco très sympa. Bref Un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel calme.

Best affordable Beirut hotel.
Stay was great and staff are very kind and helpful. They are ready to answer any questions and have all your requirements addressed promptly. The Lavender is one of the best hotels to stay in Beirut for its comfort, accessibility and the price is reasonable compared to other hotels in the heart of Beirut Hamra.

The Manager Khalil was really wonderful tending to all my needs also the front desk throughout the shifts were gentle and genuine in their willingness to help whenever I had requests. Jack was really entertaining in the different languages he speaks. Very friendly staff!!!!!

We had no internet for 2 days. No hot water for 2 days the conditions very poor. The cleaning part very poor. The hotel did not offer anything for the uncomfortable and unconvinced issue. I don’t recommend this hotel

So dirty, disgusting smell, don’t feel safe during your stay. Someone tried to enter the room without permission and he knows that there is a girl in the room I don’t know what was he want coz i Shouted and he left and I can’t see who is he fishy hotel..

Dear Marmar took us many days to figure out who you are since we've never faced problems like that, especially in the past 6 months, unfortunately, smell can't be proven by typing, cleanliness is being followed up on daily basis, so why you didn't report to the FOM! regarding the case that someone tried to enter your room, many cases and many solutions, mentioning some of them: a guest forgot his room number or by mistake tried to open the door (and sure it will not open) maybe if you meant that somone entered the room and not only tried to open the door well, if the housekeeping knock the door 2 times and no one answer from inside well, he has the right to enter in case you didn't use the DND sign, also its a solution to use handle tags! Also you have the option to lock the door from inside so you can keep safe emotionally and truly! thanks for your compliments,

Geweldig
We hebben geniten van get verblijf in Lavender Home Hamra straat. Personneel was heel vriendelijk en service was heel goed. Vooral de 2 receptionisten Khalil en Mustafa waren stonden altijd voor je klaar. Meeste hotels hadden geen 24 uur stroom, maar Lavender wel. Enige opmerking is dat ze wel meer aandacht moeten geven aan de badkamers.

Oppholdet var helt ok. Jeg måtte betale ekstra og prute med resepsjonen for å få er nytt/ bedre rom. Alt i alt helt ok, men jeg hadde ikke bodd der igjen. Beliggenheten er bra.

unfortunately, we still didn't attack the high season rate, 45$ for a Junior Suite it never happened the years before since it was 135$-180$, plus the expenses of maintenance and laundry and electricity and much more... became expensive and in USD currency.. overall you still the most welcome guest and we thank you for choosing Lavender Home for the third time continuously and you still here and we still have the pleasure to serve you anytime..

The wifi wasn't working for my whole stay. We called for help but nothing was solved. The AC wasn't working. There was no hot water. Terrible experience.

Check in process consumed a very long time. We waited 30 minutes to get our bags to the room from the reception by the responsible person. The juice served in the breakfast was really awful. There wasn't any kind of fruits in the breakfast.

I made my reservation but I did put the wrong date by one day. I tried to reach through there online service with no luck. I end up calling the hotel, and they told me there is no reservation under my name and the hotel is full. I gave them the reservation confirmation number and they could not find it. They told me the hotel is full for today for the next 3 days anyway.
