Un château merveilleux.. très beau.. un peu vieux..à rénover.. wifi ne fonctionne pas toujours. On attend partout... souvent de l'ascenseur durant les réceptions... etc...château absolument charmant..

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. We are glad you appreciate our Venue. The Castle has just 7 rooms and 2 floors, usually the lift is not very busy, we are sorry about that. The Hotel has two wifi lines, and the guests should change line according to the area they are located. Kind regards,

TRES BEL HOTEL CHATEAU
A mon arrivée , j'ai été impressionnée par le cadre de l'hôtel , un vrai château médiéval !!!..ensuite , un accueil à la réception + que parfait !!..ma suite fabuleuse , un service avec repas en chambre ( suite à ma demande ) le service rapide , des plats chauds, excellents , et la gentillesse de la personne chargée de m'apporter mon repas. La chambre (une suite) très belle , qui m'a transportée au moyen-âge avec son lit ancien , ses meubles magnifiques , ses tentures, tableaux...etc...enfin tout concordait pour une ambiance d'un romantisme fou et ou , pendant 2 nuits je me suis sentie comme un PRINCESSE..et j'ai envié les anciens habitants de ce lieu magnifique , décédés évidemment , mais qui ont laissés leurs empreintes...et ou on sentait que dans cet immense château de belles histoires ont trouvées refuges...!!!! . Je conseillerais aux personnes cherchant un cadre romantique, sortant de l'ordinaire ce lieu magnifique à BEVILACQUA.

Castle is an absolutely stunning location. We chose to spend my daughter’s birthday here and it was amazing - from attention to details in services (such as flowers, cake and many more) to an unbelievable surroundings and princess worthy room! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a special place to celebrate a loved one or a special occasion!

Har vært her flere ganger, og benytter det som go-to sted når jeg skal nyte livet i regionen rundt Verona. Kan sterkt anbefales! Amazing location. Medieval setting. The room was in one of the four towers. Hot tub bathtub was nice. Great food and a superb breakfast. But be aware that this hotel is a popular wedding spot. There was an Italian wedding in full force when we checked in and there was a DJ and dancing until midnight. So it was busier and noisier than we hoped for. Friendly staff…

We arrived late at night and only stayed for the one night. However it was a pleasant stay and dinner was wonderful. The next day was rainy and we didn’t want to walk to the train station they arranged for a ride for us back to the train station. We were very grateful for that.

Staff ware very helpful and nice room was not so clean and we had to ask to clean it since the baby had found a lot of dirt on the floor while being there. The area around is closed at the evening and it is very hard to find a place to eat. The restaurant in the hotel is expansive and not suitable for a baby.

Fantastic place in every way! Dinner was fabulous, breakfast was fabulous, the rooms were so unique and beautiful. We practically had the place to ourselves the night we stayed in four of the rooms. The service of the staff/owners went above and beyond. We were made to feel very special from arrival to departure. The castle itself is lovely inside and out. Tea candles flickering on the stairs in the evening lent a magical touch. We stayed here one night instead of a second night in chaotic, crowded Venice and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Thank you to all the family that run Castello Bevilacqua for helping make our 25th anniversary stay so wonderful.

Un luogo meraviglioso dove si può soggiornare e mangiare. É sia hotel (con 7 camere arredate in originale stile antico) che ristorante. Si può anche fare la visita del castello oppure organizzare compleanni e matrimoni. D'obbligo una passeggiata nel bellissimo giardino pensile al primo piano. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, assolutamente da consigliare. Ottima anche la colazione e l'accoglienza del vostro amico a 4 zampe.

Location molto carina. Le fotografie delle stanze corrispondono esattamente a quello che poi si ritrova al Relais. Molto apprezzato il dettaglio della vasca idromassaggio doppia in stanza. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante interno al Relais e anche se contemporaneamente erano presenti al Castello due matrimoni la nostra cena non ha subito alcun ritardo.

Great place for a romantic vacation!
We stayed in the castle during our honeymoon and it was amazing!! Everything was clean and beautiful and had a warm and relaxing feel. The customer service was great and the breakfast was fit for a king. Highly recommend this for a romantic vacation or a cultural experience of staying in a castle.

Very quiet and comfortable with great views
This was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in since I've been traveling Europe. It was very quiet comfortable. The photos on the website made it seem like they were photos of the room I booked but there are 4 towers and thus, each tower has a room at the top. There are other rooms as well that are not at the top of the tower. We had an awesome view in every direction and the bathroom was very clean and nice with a comfortable tub. The restaurant was closed when we arrived as it was Tuesday (they close every Tuesday apparently?) but after we saw the menu and the fact that there was a 4 Euro charge per person just for going into the restaurant, we were glad they were closed. If you stay here, you must walk around the grounds and take photos. This is a very beautiful place.

Beyond amazing! In fact it is unfair to even comment because our experience was so beyond the normal experience that this cannot be graded fairly. This was the experience of a lifetime, and I don't think we will ever match it again. The Castle was beautiful! It just so happened that on the night that we showed up, there were no other guests staying there. We went down and had dinner in the gorgeous dining area, and had our own personal waiter at our service. Before the dinner we walked all through the castle, checking out each floor, wandering through the gardens and relaxing. The meal was fantastic! Did I mention it was our 25th wedding anniversary? So we were able to have a whole castle to ourselves, receive amazing customer service and have the most memorable silver anniversary ever. Can that be topped? I didn't even mention the room. We stayed in the most gorgeous suite. A truly royal experience. Thank you Relais Castello Bevilacqua

A BIG CASTLE OF A RIP-OFF!!!!!
We got to the castle hotel all excited to stay in a castle! There were four of us. Two married couples. We booked a suite for four people at 301 euros total. They showed us our room and we told them there was NO WAY we could do that! They had a queen size bed and two children’s beds on either side of the queen size bed! Then, they offered us an alternate room that had winding stairs to a bathroom in another bed room upstairs that we would have to walk through to get to the only bathroom! At that point, that was also ridiculous! So they ended up charging us ANOTHER 100 EUROS on top of what we had already paid for an additional room! It was an expensive NIGHTMARE!!! There was no other place to go in the gross looking run down town that we didn’t feel safe in as we drove through it to get to the castle to start with!!!!! I feel that we were ripped off BIG TIME!!!!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber das WLAN hat kaum funktioniert und in der Toilette gab ein sehr starker Geruch.
