I never got an invoice for my stay! I think their computer system was down or very slow or something. Will have to track down an invoice now. Indoor pool is not heated. Employees were nice but I think struggling with system. Breakfast was good, great biscuits and gravy. Property was clean and is next to a nice walking trail. The price I should have been charged (no confirmed bill yet) was a little steep.

Staff great, very welcoming and respectful. Breakfast was really great. Location convenient. Room was clean, but building and room are older and room felt old (clean nonetheless). Like a <= 2-star hotel in room factor.

Easy to get to I-49 to go to Crystal Bridges but removed enough for quiet and privacy. Friendly and helpful staff! Clean pool, but the water was a bit cold for some kids. Many restaurants and services (wine store, etc.) nearby. We'll go here again.

Clean property and convenient. It was clean and the staff was friendly. However the shower drain was not barely draining and it was a nuisance. Other than that, everything was great.

I am a contractor and always notice facilities. The vent in the bathroom is not pulling air. This is usually due to an issue with the fan itself. This fan serves many other bathroom vents as well. Might check it. I also noticed both bedside reading lights are inoperable.

They charge for everything. Internet premium vs regular internet that does not work, They control breakfast buffet…. You cannot get your own! Hotel is in desperate need of a face lift

Pros: The hotel was in a good location, had nice facilities, restaurant, a bar, pool etc for a decent price. Cons: The room area was very noisy and had thin walls. Housekeeping cleaned the room above us at 9am on a weekend, knocked over a lamp and started vaccuming, it was extremely noisy and woke us up. Compared to many other stays at other cities in Hilton Garden Inn's, the room quality particularly as it relates to the noise and lack of sound proofing didn't live up to the Hilton Garden Inn name and was more like a Comfort Inn or a Hampton Inn.

We had to request clean towels twice. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they told us they only clean every 4 days.
