On a été bien accueilli personnel de la réception super sympa merci a Moises . par contre un point négatif pour nous c’est que on a pris la demi-pension et les petits déjeuners ça va mais le dîner du soir la nourriture était pas bonne la aucune variété pas de goût la qualité de la nourriture médiocre et on avait réservé deux nuits la deuxième nuit on a pas été au restaurant d’ailleurs on a parlé avec leur resources humaines Madame Paula qui nous a bien accueilli qu’on a expliqué le problème et elle a dit qu’elle allait tout noter et faire le nécessaire sinon le reste rien à dire le spa bien et on a fait de massage qui était super bien au revoir la nourriture je pense en fait qu’elle est faite pour un type de clientèle pour cette hôtel car on a remarqué qu’il y a beaucoup d’anglais merci beaucoup

Wir waren sehr zufrieden . Es war sehr sauber, modern, alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit sowie eine tolle Lage. Das Hotel selbst befindet sich direkt am Strand an der Promenade (Sandstrand inklusive), es sind Supermärkte in der Nähe, Bars, Restaurants und auch die Bushaltestelle. Die Aussicht von der Dachterasse ist ein Traum! Wunderschön! Auch die Poolbereiche Innen- und Außenpool sauber und top! Hier stimmt alles . Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig, sauber und gut bzw. modern ausgestattet. Mit allem drum und dran. Das Essen war sehr lecker und für jeden was dabei. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Stayed here April 17th-21st and will definitely stay here again if we go back to Benidorm! Beautiful hotel.. so clean, modern, right on the promenade with the most gorgeous view of Poniente Beach. Breakfast was fab, dinner was ok. We had breakfast every day and tried the buffet dinner twice (when we weren’t full enough from trying tapas) not a huge selection but I always found something! Stayed in room 303 which is to the side of the hotel and you can still see the sea which was nice. Very quiet room, awesome black out curtains, huge room and bathroom…can’t fault it! Literally a couple of minutes walk to old town with lovely little restaurants and shops. The seating area outside the lobby bar is perfect for people watching - they will only serve you doubles though. Maybe this is known but I just wanted a single JD&coke before dinner and had no choice but to pay for a double. Not really an issue but it added up!! 😂 Staff were lovely, especially Sabrina on the front desk. Oh and spa was nice! It is very small but it wasn’t the hottest when we were there and just wanted to have a little dip (and actually wear the bikini I packed) so it was perfect! You book on the app or through the front desk and you get an hour but you can go as many times as you like.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent facility . One slightly negative point - Pool towel policy. Not happy that you have to pay for a clean pool towel if required. Never been to a hotel where this is the policy.

The staff are wonderful. That’s the standout. The restaurant is run like a well oiled machine and the staff are superbly professional. Reception are also fantastic, especially Rudy, who was exceptional. I dropped stars because the food is not well labelled and on the oily side. Breakfast is better than dinner. Too much deep fried things and even vegetables were battered or swimming in oil. Wasn’t clear what food contained animal products and while they say they offer vegan choices, apart from basic salad and fruit, it’s not clear what’s not cheese or flesh and it’s easily fixed, just a little more information, would be really helpful. Also, a big disappointment was the spa. No changing rooms open, they seem permanently locked. Only the cold shower worked. Only two cascades in the small pool and one of those didn’t work. Too many people in it to fully utilise the very small bubble bench that some people didn’t move off, so most people didn’t get to use it and a single small sauna, no steam room. That’s all that’s in it and our opinion was, it’s not worth getting wet for! Nice touch was the complementary bottle of cava for my husband birthday. We were given a room upgrade, which was a nice gesture, but only what we would have expected from a standard room, no balcony, nowhere to dry wet towels, the bathroom had a damp smell and probably needs better ventilation.

Hotellet lå 50 m fra stranden, 100 m fra shopping og restauranter. Området var stille og rolig på tross av festival. Fantastisk frokostbuffet, utrolig fin solterrasse i 5. etasje med et lite svømmebasseng, bar og hyggelig atmosfære. Store rom og lekkert interiør. Hotel review August 2023.
Lovely hotel, but not all rooms have a balcony. Breakfast although nice was always very busy. Main pool area hard to get a lounger, but the adults area and solarium always had loungers. The Pool bar closes at 6:30pm which is way too early as people up there still at 8pm when they close the pool! Dinner was good, booking a time slot recommended. Don’t waste your time with the Spa. Rubbish!

Please note that at no time is it advertised that we only have rooms with a terrace, we have 9 different categories that can have or without a terrace, with views of the city or views of the sea, depending on the needs of each one. Breakfast has specific moments in which it can be busier, especially if it is in high season and it is usually at the end of the service. If you want a quieter time, the first hour is always it.
