La chambre est magnifique, supers équipements, télévision, cheminée, salle de bain ultra moderne, très belle piscine avec jacuzzi. Meilleure literie de tout notre séjour Seul bémol: la chambre n'est pas faite systématiquement, c'est sur demande et quand on demande: ce n'est pas possible.

Excellent staff interaction. From manager to kitchen staff. Alejandro presented us a very clean room. Royce was very enjoyable to talk to in the bar. Two other staff members who appeared to work in both the bar and food area were very nice to talk with. First time there and will definitely look up the Peppertree on our next trip to Bend.

The bed was very hard. The pillows were Very Hard!!! The picture of the food from websight was misleading and that's an understatement. Other than that ut was a great stay. I will go back again with my own pillows.

Two things i didnt like is how dirty the shower floor was, rest of the room was fine. The pool was closed the first night we stayed for cleaning during pool hours, pobably should schedule cleanings outside of the pool hours. We.thought overall yhe stay was comfortable and the staff friendly.

Close enough to downtown and on the side heading to Mt. Bachelor and close to a nice ice skating rink part of Bend Parks and Recreation. Heard it turns to a roller rink in the summer

I come once of year to the state of Oregon and only stay at the Peppertree. The staff is great, you can dine there, and most importantly I feel safe with my kids there. Last the pool is great.

Great hotel. Unhappy with the housekeeping situation. We were only provided 3 towels to begin with, for a party of 4. When we went down to the front desk (because our phone didn't work, which no one ever came to fix despite me telling front desk about it) and asked for more towels, they said they were all being washed and they'd bring them up when dry. This never happened. We put our trash can in the hallway as directed, but staff took the entire trash can instead of just emptying it. So we had 1 trash can for a room with 4 people including 2 small children, and I didn't put it out in the hallway because I was afraid it would just be taken instead of emptied.

I am so sorry to hear there we complications with towels and trash. We will take this as a great training opportunity to ensure all staff, new and seasoned, are more responsive.

I am sorry the Wi-Fi was down during your visit. We were in contact with the provider that suffered the outage and they were working as quickly as they could to resolve it.

Amazing Experience
Complete staff was friendly and accommodating. Was given quality recommendations on things to do in the nearby area. My children loved the indoor pool/hot tub.

The overall stay was fantastic. The meds were comfortable. The pool was hot and working which seems to be a rare thing in hotels nowadays. The breakfast was mediocre. They didn't even have stock of what they were advertising. Although it was good to eat and my kids enjoyed it! The location was my favorite part minutes away from everything yet far enough to not be super packed and busy!
