I stay in a lot of hotels for my work. This place checks all of the boxes for what you look for on the road. Affordable, clean, easy check in, food on site, seasonal pool. The rooms themselves are neat and quaint with all of the items you need at convenience. I don’t write reviews but I’ve stayed here twice now and can’t recommend it enough for a stay in Bend where things can be more expensive for a lot less than this place has to offer.

The beds were comfortable, room was clean. Woke up and there were ants all over our clothes. We had no food, no drink it the room. But our clothes were covered in ants.

Clean, well appointed and good value. Couldn't find the wi-fi password and no-one answered the phone or was in the office. Check-in was brusque at best.

. They come and pound on the door loudly and aggressively and say someone has booked this room. But no one has arrived. I think this is just harassment about my complaint that there was not internet. Why pound on the door of a paying customer? If you need a room change this is not how it is done. And you compensate the customer for inconvenience.

There is an amazing, luxurious bed!!!! The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Also there is a landline phone that is not plugged in, which gives it a 90s retro feel.

There is no internet, the neighbors are loud and noisy and seem to have had a dog barking, there is some kind of construction that makes noise, an electrical issue makes the next door light blink, the lady owner told me no internet 'is not a big deal' and that it's only for phones not laptops, the heater is erratic, the TV won't turn on/shows green screen/no volume, the microwave keeps going out. Clearly they have electrical issues/internet issues but don't take responsibility especially for the latter, no maid service yesterday. Other than that the room looks nice, I'm only staying another day because there is a snow storm and it's easier this way than finding a new hotel

It's a very affordable hotel, given this it's a pretty good bargain for the condition and location of the hotel. It is near some fast food restaurants and some other basic stuff in town. Not a bad choice for someone looking for a quick and cheap place to stay.

I have stayed here several times over the last couple of years. It has the usual microwave and fridge, which are perfect for me when I'm ski bumming it. Location is convenient for everything in Bend, and the location does not have the down and out feeling that some motels' locations now have unfortunately become in Bend.
