Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Nous avions une chambre légèrement bruyante et avons demandé une changement de chambre: il n’y a eu aucun problème, le tout ayant été réglé en moins de 5 minutes. Très propre et prêt de tout.

Jour de l'an en Famille
L Hôtel a une situation parfaite. Il est propre et l accueil est plaisant. Le petit dejeuner a tout d un grand, choix et abondance. Par contre autant il y a du personnel en bas autant il n y a personne dans les étages. 4 nuits dans l hotel à 4 dans la chambre et 1 seul passage pour vider les poubelles et remettre des consommables. Cela ne me choque pas si je suis prevenue mais être obligée de reclamer du PQ c est bien la premiere fois pendant mes voyage ! mais sinon c etait bien et personnel est tres serviable. Pour 2 Adultes et 2 Ado la chambre est un peu petite.

Impression mitigée
Chambre familiale avec un lit double OK et un canapé lit horriblement inconfortable, on sentait tous les ressorts... La première personne vue à la réception nous a dit qu'il n'avait pas de solution, que le canapé lit était pour les enfants et qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour nous... La deuxième personne vue à la réception nous a permis d'avoir, suite à ma demande, deux duvets supplementaires qu'on a mis sur le matelas afin de pouvoir dormir à peu prés correctement... Les containers pour les savons n'ont pas été remplis durant notre séjour de 4 nuits... Indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing...!!! La salle de sport était bien mais squattee par des gamins désœuvrés... Et pas de serviettes pour nettoyer les équipements post utilisation... Point positif, le petit-déjeuner était de qualité...

Pillows on beds really uncomfortable no filling! Breakfast choice did not include weetabix, muesli, scrambled eggs or fresh single size yogurt. Brown bread for toasting was not fresh. Had to clear your own table after eating, not what you expect in any good hotel. Window in room was covered in previous occupants handprints. Will not be staying here again im afraid.

This is a modern mid range hotel. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Everything worked (but the shower hose was tethered). The range of breakfast food was extensive, but bacon was a bit dried up (though good quality), the there were no fried eggs (only scrambled & boiled). So to sum up, pleasant stay which fitted the bill but little details lacking, but you would probably have to pay a lot more somewhere else to get them.

Cleanliness not up to standard of Hilton/Hampton
The cleanliness and lack of attention was disappointing for the price paid for Hampton inn by Hilton. Firstly the bin in the bathroom was not changed during the 2 night stay; the one in the room was but not in the bathroom, which was not hygienic. Facilities - we had drank the teas and coffee sachets and we returned from a long day trip and when back at the room had to ring reception for a top up of the complimentary drinks and we had to wait for them to be brought up to the room which was annoying. We had no stirrers provided so we could not stir the drinks. We thought for price paid we would not have to chase on this and would have been in room second day. At other travel lodge or premier inn rooms they at least priced by reception to help yourself to more free sachets. The pumps for shampoo/conditioner etc were not filled up and were a nuisance to use - again we might have been better bringing our own to use for the Hilton expected more in them. When we arrived ok the room we have a half used loo roll (which is fine to use from previous guests) but only were provided one more and we had to ask for another as the first used one did not have much on it. Again for price paid would have expected house keeping to at least top up with two new if the first one was not completely new. Again in travel lodge/premier inn - they provide plenty. I have to compliment though the receptionist who checked us in she was polite and said for the day trips do ask for bags to take food

Excellent stay, staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Hotel was so comfortable, has a great atmosphere in the lobby bar area and food was fantastic.

Great Stay
Fantastic location close to everything. The reception staff were some of the best ive encountered so friendly helpful and understanding especially when having to book another night due to flight cancellation

Lovely hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful. First time staying here and we will definitely be back. The room was spotless and breakfast was superb. One of the best places we have ever stayed and for such a good price
