Excellent séjour au sein de l’hôtel. Personnel très agréable, serviable et sympathique qui n’hésitait pas à mettre de leur personne pour nous aider à passer le meilleur séjour possible (réservation des restaurants à découvrir, conseil des plus belles plages, lieux à visiter etc.) et ça a toute heure. En plus, la propreté des chambres et de l’hôtel de manière générale est irréprochable ! Aussi, mention spéciale pour les deux Tony (taxis dédiés aux clients de l’hôtel) qui étaient incroyablement gentils et qui prenaient soin de nous comme leurs enfants.

Hotel très agréable avec du personnel aux petits soins, très disponibles et réactifs. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. La piscine sur le toit : un grand plus (peu de monde, possibilité de prendre des cocktails en se baignant et belle vue ...). NB: j'y étais en septembre.

Par contre dans le descriptif sur hotel.com vous indiquez qu’il est possible de faire une demande de garde d’enfants, hors en réalité l’hôtel ne propose aucun service lié aux enfants. Cela est problématiques pour des projets établis avant notre arrivée car nous pensions avoir la possibilité de faire une demande de babysitter avec laquelle l’hôtel collabore.

Very nice property in general Staff is very nice and try to help as they can Roof top was amazing House keeping were excellent 👌 everything is tidy and clean and changed daily Bartenders were friendly and gave us recomndations for things to do Receptionists were professional The Manager Mr. Fadi was so kind and classy The beds were so comfortable.. maybe one of the best we have ever tried in a hotel 👌👌👌 Electricity 24 hours, calm neighborhood, air conditioning top notch .. Sea view rooms is recommended And you can try paragliding also because all the paragliding offices were next to the hotel.. Highly recommended .. We will come again for sure .. 👍

Worst experiience ever
AVOID! AVOID at all costs! I am an avid adventurer and I have been to many many RB and B's, rental properties, and hotels. I have, by a far stretch of the imagination, ever experienced and seen the ridiculousness and unprofessionalism of this hotel. I had made one additional reservation for my cousins to stay one night and had to call them over 8 times to comprehend this also they had taken an extra payment from me because they said my card was canceled-and I am still awaiting this money. Firstly, I want to mention that on our arrival we were immediately told that "we could not use their swimming facility because my sister wears a hijab" and this was said before anything else. When we asked why this was the case they mentioned: that "they were unsure and that it was policy." Instead, they indicated that we could swim at the nearby private beaches (which btw there is an entrance fee). When we got to our room we sat and tried to relax but were bombarded by at least 10 phone calls including how we liked the room, what our names were and if we were another person, that they made an error, that the room was to belong to someone else. Eventually, she stated that the room belonged to someone else, that they made an error, and wanted us to move. My sister then negotiated that they needed to provide something for all the stress we have already endured. Eventually, the so-called manager indicated to my sister that we would have a night free and free breakfast but instead of listeni

We do try to go above and beyond for all our guests which can be seen in majority of our reviews equating to 95% satisfaction rate. We are sorry that there was a mishap with your reservation and we had to change your room. This was purely human error which should not happen, unfortunately you had the burden of it. We tried to rectify this making everything a little bit more comfortable for you stocking your fridge full with water completely complementary fruits and attending to your needs. It is true that you were informed at the reception that no burkinis were permitted at the pool when you inquired. We have previously had several issues related to hygiene with customers wearing burkinis and this is why we formed a policy that burkinis were not permitted it is not large pool and hygiene is an essential part of maintaining our pool. After we had heard that you had tried to enter several beach clubs and were denied as they also have the same no burkinis policy, you returned to the hotel obviously upset, and we rectified this by allowing you to spend a few hours at the pool breaking our policy. I am pleased to let you know that we after your distress we had a management meeting and we have now altered our policy and permit burkinis. As you know during high season we have a strict no cancellation/ no refund policy however when you informed us you would like one night to be returned we did this with no questions asked. All the refunds have been made. Once again we are sorry that you encountered these issues. We always try to please our customers in the best way possible and we are disappointed we could not do this with your stay. We wish you all the best on your next adventures . Loved Beirut and this was a cute hotel with a lot of charm. The rooftop pool is a great place to relax when you come in from sightseeing. The staff is very helpful and there is an iconic local restaurant a 5 minute walk away.

Princessa was a beautiful hotel in Jounieh. Close to the beach, nice restaurants and some of the main attractions. The hotel breakfast was really good and the overall service was quite pleasant with great amenities provided throughout the hotel. The wifi probably was the only thing that was the most frustrating as it kept coming in and out of reception. I think this maybe a problem throughout the whole country. Other than that we were quite pleased and would stay again!

Decent hotel and good value
Nice hotel with decent standard, unfortunately balcony was facing wrong direction and was tiny, couldnt use it at all. Balcony railing was maybe 20cm high and this was on a high floor level. Breakfast was very basic. Rooftop pool was perfect. Power outages occurred all the time, maybe every 2 hrs. Usually they were short, less than 2 mins. Wifi worked very nice compared to other hotels. All in all, a decent hotel and good value for your money.

Unable to fault this hotel Ideally located in Jounieh, about 30 minutes by car from Central Beirut. Outstanding staff; nothing was too much trouble. Nice Bar and Restaurant; good breakfast with good choices of Arabic or European food. Very close to the sea; good views from the rooms at the front of the hotel. Would certainly stay again.

Wir waren nur 4 tage da und haben gewünscht wir können länger aber leider ferien geht schnell vorbei. Hotel ist ruhig neben der altstadt und telephric für reisende richtung norden ist ideal um stau auf beiruts durch fahrten. Alles ist sehr gut und wunderbares frühstück buffet. Danke fürs personal

Nice quite causy hotel Good sea view. Bit far from attractions, still manageable though. Room clean and very comfortable and convenient Breakfast is nice, and healthy Would make another stay and recommend to friends

Very nice hotel, close to the beach and Center.
The hotel is very nice and almost central, the staff are helpful, the beds and pillows are comfortable, plenty of parking places. I will surely return to Hotel Princessa again.

On the website in expedia it look Nice and comfortabel but when you are there. If you're already there and you've already paid that's the risk of expedia but never again i'll stay with me standard choice i'm often im beirut with 4/5 stars but i've never experienced that I would like to remove the website with good recency because my experience was 2/3 stars hotel

Huge hotel next to the sea
It was an amazing hotel. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The taxi services of the hotel were excellent as well. If I visit lebanon again I will definitely stay at the same hotel.

Excellent hotel, staff and location!
Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff! The rooms were kept very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The daily breakfast spread was delicious and the room service was reasonably priced with great tasting food! Also loved the rooftop pool/bar! Had music playing and served drinks, food and hookah to guests. Area was very clean and neat and the hotel staff was great! Location was close to beach and the Telefrique that can take you to top of mountain to Harissa. Lovely location, overall. Close to everything. Even a $20 cab ride to Byblos for a day or two of exploring.

Nice hotel, great location.
The hotel was nice and the staff happily welcomed all our requests. We also liked the breakfast. The hotel's location allowed us to go for trips easily all over Lebanon.
