Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. Your valuable comment regarding the facility had been forwarded to concerned department for improvement. We have already upgraded hardware, hotel each floor corridor area will be completely renovated in 2019 and changed with new carpet in each corridor, some floor had been already renovated and each hotel guest room also changed with new carpet. Our penta plus room type & max room type of 107 rooms, even equipped with Honeywell Air Purifier and Yadu Humidifier in each room and we are the only hotel who provided to staying guest at our area. We will strengthen the facilities inspection in the future. And very appreciate your understanding and sincerely hope that we will getting improved during your next stay with us.
