Nice Apartment next to Ben Gurion University
Very Convenient to Ben Gurion University. Far away (about 15 minute drive) from Be'er Sheva and Old City. But very comfortable if that is the area you want to be in. Parking is limited and may be a bit of a walk. Very clean and Host was helpful.

Hard to find.our room. Instructions are not good and accurate. I didn't understand how to use some of the facilities in room - There are no Instructions. Noisy street .

We are known by our great service which is available for any question 24/7. The street is usually very nice and quiet, you came on a Jewish holiday so there was a student's celebration. Best place in Beer Sheva!
The room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen well equipped so we warmed up some food. Public transportation is about 3 minutes walk (to the main road), and the crew is welcoming and helpful.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious, and the property manager is very friendly and helpful! The property is well cared for and maintained. The manager recommended a place for dinner, where we had some excellent falafels! The only downside was when I got a ticket in the parking for the hotel, however, the manager is taking care of it for me, so it all worked out fine.

Had a wonderful night in a perfectly clean and modern room (studio apartment). Bed was superb. I chose the location for being next to the University (and easy walk onto campus). Ample, easy street parking (included with the hotel cost).

Nicht empfehlenswert - keine Rezeption, kein Anspr
Wir warfen sehr enttäuscht. Der Appartement-Bungalow liegt in einer sehr gewöhnungsbedürftigen Gegend. Vor dem Haus wurden wir sogar angebettelt! Das Haus war nur per Code zu öffnen, den wir leider nicht fanden, da wir eine in HEBRU geschriebene Mail vom Eigentümer bekamen und nichts verstanden. Nach mehrmaligem Hingehen (bei 30 Grad Hitze) half uns ein anderer Gast, der zufällig dazu kam, ins Haus zu kommen. Dann noch ein Clou: Der Stadtplan war auch in HEBRU!!! Wie sollte man am Schabbat ein Lokal bzw. einen Supermarkt finden. Der Eigentümer hat sich zwar später entschuldigt, auf ein angekündigtes Entgegenkommen (vom Preis her) warten wir noch heute. Ich nehme an: vergebens.

The neighborhood is old but has a young spirit as the University is very close by, so there are a lot of students, restaurants and bars around. Hope you enjoyed them. BEWARE photos and reviews are inaccurate
As previous reviewer stated, place was dirty and uninhabitable. Photos shown are not what you get and are inaccurate. Rooms should not be rented here.We had to make arrangements to stay at another property. Property manager gave us problems when trying to resolve issue, but Hotels.com handled it for us.

Nice apartment
The apartment was lovely. A few small comments: the shower doors did not close properly so the bathroom flooded. The area felt a little seedy at night. But the room itself was otherwise very nice.

Nice management, but dirty
Nice manager, however dirty bathroom, trash bins in apartment will get you dirty when you touch them, horrible paint job, holes in walls filled with very old silicone, dirty sheets (smelled like someone else slept in bed), dirty pillow case (which was smaller than the pillow), they said there were 2 twin beds and a double bed, but one of the twins was actually a cot! So my aging mother had to sleep on a cot. We asked the cleaning lady to come in to clean again and she missed all the dirty spots again (crud around the edges of the shower, grime on the outside of the sink, dirty trash bins, fingerprints of children all over walls, etc.). Very unkept outside as well. Walkways full of dirt, leaves, mud, etc. Double bed not comfortable. Heater in bedroom didn't work. Perhaps was a good place 7-10 years ago.

Although in the middle of a shady neighborhood, several well built units with all you need for an overnight stay in Beer-Sheva. The owners are nice and the units are well equipped and maintained. recommended.

Thank you so much for the kind review. The neighborhood is mainly a students neighborhood with plenty of English speaking young people and many shops and restaurants near by. We truly enjoy hosting guests in this neighborhood and showing them that would you see from the outside is now the same when you understand who and what is in the inside.

Great find in Be'er Sheva
They were most helpful... it's a newish "hotel".... there was a washer/dryer for free but it wasn't working the best (took a very long time to wash a load). The garden was still a work in progress but fine. We also had a power failure but they fixed it relatively quickly-- early in the morning-- most people were still sleeping, we just had an early morning that day~

Full kitchen, but get directions!
This property was very difficult to find but one of the staff was out looking for us, very nice. This is not actually a hotel but would be great for several nights or an extended stay. It is clean and comfortable with a full kitchen.

Perfect option for a family
We were traveling to Israel for a family wedding, and this accommodation was perfect for our family of four (staying at a regular hotel would require booking two rooms per night). The room was nice, clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and conveniently located within minutes from everything. Very pleased with the staff, who accommodated late arrival and provided very detailed directions to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for the nice review. The apartments are located in a vibrant student neighborhood, even though some of the building are old I can assure that our buildings are modern and fully equipped and furnished with everything one needs in order to feel he is staying in a luxury hotel.

מאוד נהנינו להתארח בדירה שהייתה מרווחת, נעימה, נוחה, מטופחת ונקייה. התרשמנו ממטבח מאובזר לפרטים הקטנים. הדבר היחיד שהיה לא מוצלח הוא המקרר שלא קירר, אבל לא מצאנו לנכון להטריד בעניין זה בשבת את המארח, שהיינו בקשר טלפוני בלבד אתו. בסה"כ ממליצים מאוד על המקום, תמורה ראויה והוגנת ביותר למחיר.

תודה רבה לכם על הביקורת הנעימה והכנה אתם אכן צודקים, הייתה בעיה במקרר שגילינו רק לאחר עזיבתכם ועל כן אנו מתנצלים. כאשר התגלתה התקלה מיד דאגנו להשליך את המקרר הישן ומאז הצטיידנו במקרר חדש, נקי ותקין. נשמח לארח אתכם שוב בעתיד
