« This property had a great location in proximity to the beach, surrounding restaurants, and shopping. Most everything is walking distance or a very short drive and it had ample room in the garage to store sandy beach items and with small children, it came in handy. The host had great communication and was very responsive. I highly recommend this townhome for any one wanting to be close to the beach and other places of interest where you can have a short walk to get to wherever you want to go...

« A beautiful property within walking distance from the Atlantic. This house was all that the site described, and more. We enjoyed the fully supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, washer/dryer and infant highchair and beach toys for our 1 yr. old granddaughter. We played corn hole, used the beach furniture and the firepit complete with supplied firewood. The hosts were accessible and our VRBO vacation was relaxing. We would stay in this property again if the opportunity arose. »

« The house was just as advertised with the bedrooms, finishings, pool, putting green, bocce court, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, etc. The water treatment plant next door did smell from time to time. It is a 5 star stay with all the amenities and 5 bedrooms. That was the best part. »

We had previously rented the other side of the duplex last year and knew the area was were we could access the beach and walk a quiet neighborhood with our dog. The fenced yard allowed us to let our dog out without having to keep him on a leash. If you have a smaller dog, check to be sure they can't get out. « Fantastic location and literally only steps from the smoothest sand we’ve walked on in many years! Everything was as advertised and plenty of room for a family of four. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. We gave the overall check-in process 4/5 because we didn’t get the instructions or entry codes until we asked for them twice (once 24 hours before and once the day of check-in at 4:30 pm). The management team was apologetic and this may have been an oversight, but it was nerve racking....

« This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon. »
