The accommodation was good, bathroom small and sink tiny but the kitchen sink was large so my husband and I used that! Only thing lacking was no wardrobe or closet for hanging clothes, only 1 hook in the bedroom, but we managed and did like the space and cottage feel! La maison est idéalement située pour se rendre à Sausalito, afin d'y prendre un repas ou visiter les Boathouse. Elle est toute aussi proche de la nature, plage, montagne. « Peaceful view towards the ocean through the opened wall of windows. Great room was spacious, well supplied kitchen. Large rainfall shower with good water pressure. However, there is no storage for clothing, so we lived out of suitcases for the 5 days we were there. It met our needs. »

The furnishings are quite sparse but all nicely comfortable and functional, with very good facilities all around in the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen. It is relaxingly quiet and private, and in a pleasant area. Great location for a visiting academic (as I am), with an easy walk to the university campus, lots of restaurants of all kinds nearby, and BART station. I’d be very happy to stay again on future visits! »

« 1. Trouble accessing lockbox. Owner was available to talk me thru it. More instructions needed, as not all lockboxes work the same way 2. No heat! With 40’s temp, I was very cold and the heater did not work. After another phone call to the owner, discovered fuse for unit had been turned off. 3. Coffee makers but no coffee! »
