Hi, Overall the hotel was fantastic is just the bed very itchy and the bedsheet very rough and uncomfortable to sleep in and the air in the room was very dry ,my wife and I have an uncomfortable breathing and cough.

The first time check in was terrible. The male staff only mentioned to signed in. Thats it. Making me to wait for more than 15 mins as the president suite was not ready at 1600hrs. Plus, never even apologies for the wait. He didn't even bother to mentioned to me that i have to wait longer than 15 ins as it was not ready. Then hot tub water was not even hot. There was no benefit for customer even to take president suite. No late check out or any complementary gifts during my stay. Mentioned to the same front desk staff during check out on my stay. The staff didn't even bother, as per review mentioned all staff were well versed in english. Regret on my stay at this hotel. Dont wish to come again with the awful hospitality.

Excellent Front Desk!
I was not feeling well during check in. The front desk staff Dika recommended a hospital and arranged free transport to send me there. He even offered to help us changed our ferry tickets to ensure I can go back to Singapore for emergency treatment. He helped me a lot within a short period of time! Impressed with his service. Cleaniness was my priority. And your hotel is very clean. Even the lobby toilet is so clean n nice. Service was very good. Probably could improve on the swimming pool area.

Terrible and rude staff in the front office. Not helpful at all and they washed their hands off since the booking was not done directly with them. This was for me to modify my stay dates

Staff was really helpfull. Lots of food varieties amd yummy. Room was really beautiful. So much space. But the pool was not cleaned. Dont get fooled withpool photos. That pool is not there now.
