Bedsheets, cups, stirrers have stains. Missing of one coffee cup in 1 of our room. Shampoo n body wash did not refill. Toilet bowl smelly. Room has some weird smell. Bathroom no clothes hanger. Compilatory water should provide 4 bottles instead. Overall non smoking rooms are acceptable. This hotel is accessible to many eatery, supermarts, massage etc

Worst Hotel in Batam
The aircon in the room not cold at all even you have adjusted to the lowest. Changed another room also the same. Floor is dirty and sandy. Worst part is found long hair on the toilet floor believe was from previous guest. In room there is a mini Ipad with Hey Google function. The alarm trigger at 5am in the morning which I didn't even set it. Believe was from from guest setting.

Lousy hotel. Booking advance smoking room end up not available. Sink was struck can’t drain water.room service was bad. No car park available outside hotel enterance for guests . Room was small maybe hit the TV when walking around the bed. Only tow lifts operating and so many floors
