However, we regret that you were not fully satisfied with other aspects of your stay. We do have a number of items available for our guests (including iron and kettles) at our reception. We encourage our guests to request whatever they need during their stay, and we will do our best to accommodate every request and offer the best service possible. Regarding the water bottle, we provide a complimentary bottle as a welcome gesture, and that's why it is not replenished daily. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
