« Lovely home, large enough for a family and grandparents, fab location with beach and Elwood shops on your doorstop. Easy access to Melbourne city. Boutique stays is also very responsive when contacted. This property is only let down by the cleaning and maintenance. Its definitely not the 5 star service as advertised. »

« Property was very dirty, floors were gross. A lot of dog hair. Carpets in bedrooms were dusty/dirty/stained. Toilet was leaking raw sewage (we called up and the plumber came the next day), kitchen sink tap made a huge noise when turned on. Yard was very unkept, long grass and heaps of weeds. Outside rubbish bins were overflowing when we arrived. Furniture was low quality. Air-conditioning remote did not work. Good location. »
