水野様サマセットスクムビットトンローでのご滞在大変有難うございました。早速のご感想も頂きましてお礼を申し上げます。タクシーに関してはまだかなりのチャレンジがございますので、この点が少しでも近い将来に良くなるように私の祈っております。またスタッフのコメントも有難うございます。タクシーの際はこちらのベルがお手伝いできたようで良かったです。彼からもさきほどタクシーの件の様子を聞きました。水野様のお部屋はこちらの内装改装が終わっていたお部屋です。現在は20階、19階に取り掛かっております。あと10階から19階、ロビーも含めて年内に終わるように努めております。9階のレストランはまだ正式なオペレーター、レストランが決まらずケータリング会社に朝食を頼んでおりますので、皆様にも日中、夕方など、ドリンク等も含めてまだ提供できずにご不便をお掛けしております。朝食のコメントなどはケータリング会社のマネージャーにメニューの件も含めてこちらからも相談、提案をしております。水野様のご感想有難うございます。それでは水野様の次回のお越しをお待ちしております。引き続き宜しくお願い致します。ご挨拶とお礼を兼ねて失礼を致します。武智洋子アシスタントレジデンスマネジャー
