3 étoiles mais pas plus
Pas du tout le standing d'un 5 étoiles. En arrivant c'était un 4 étoiles mais moi je ne donne pas plus que 3 étoiles. Piscine fermée et au niveau de la chambre très vieillotte donc un rafraîchissement est de mise. Sinon le personnel très sympathique

hotel récent
cet hôtel est tout récent donc les chambres sont impeccables, rien à dire sur ce sujet, le personnel est aimable, la piscine sur le toit est petite mais suffisante et peu fréquentée. Le petit déjeuner est décevant, minimaliste et de piètre qualité. L'hotel est situé dans un quartier relativement éloigné du centre de Bangkok il est relié par le "Airportlink" à 7 minutes à pied de l'hotel (bien pratique) mais rien autour pour diner....Pour nous néanmoins ce fut un bon rapport qualité prix dans la mesure où nous avons bénéficié d'une offre promotionnelle.

hotel paradisiaque
séjour de rêve dans cet hôtel superbe de très grande qualité. tout est superbe on se croit dans un conte de fée c'est splendide , les chambres grandes, propres et joliment décorées. le personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable et a votre disposition , le petit déjeuner merveilleux il y a de tout pour tous les gouts .la piscine pour nous n'a pas été un souci car il n'y avait personne donc nous avons pu y aller mon mari et moi. le quartier par contre il n'y a pas grand chose mais la station métro est proche et c'est pratique pour aller a l’aéroport ou le centre de bangkok. pour nous cet hôtel est le plus chic que tous les hôtels que nous avons pu faire et nous avons eu un petit pincement de partir. nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation je le conseille très fortement car c'est hôtel c'est le reve

Pratique pour atteindre l'aéroport
Hotel neuf beau décor arabisant chambre spacieuse salle de bain un peu petite . Agence de voyage incompétente incapable de réserver un cabaret c'est le concierge qui a récupéré l'affaire et au final tout c'est bien passé. Petite piscine au 16 étage avec horaire pour les femmes 7h 12h et horaires pour les hommes 12h 20h. Un dîner buffet est proposé chaque soir 1000 bahts tout inclus. Metro et bateaux surn les longs à proximité mais l'hôtel est loin du centre par contre cela est pratique pour l'aéroport de sumkovit bon rapport qualité/prix

This is a Muslim hotel, so there’s no alcohol allowed on premises. The buffet breakfast was a little less than average. Only ladies can use the pool from 7 AM till noon. No men allowed at that time. We were on the ninth floor. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful but our room was dated. The hallways were dated wallpaper was ripped the air conditioner in our room leaked and water pooled on our floor. The shower was broken and our bed was full of hair. I did not contact the front desk about any of this when I was on site, our door lock battery died in the middle of the night and had to have them fix it so we could get back into our room and this hotel is a little out-of-the-way

wird zu hoch angepriesen. Mehr Standard, der in den Bildern bei Hotels.com luxuriöser dargestellt wird. Pool ist sehr enttäuschend, ebenso sehr laut dort, da die Abluft der kompletten Klimaanlage des Hotels über dem Pool heraus geblasen wird. Sehr laut.

The people here are very lovely and helpful. Upon walking into the hotel, it feels very much like a 5 star hotel, but once you leave the lobby, the stars go down. We were on the 14th floor and upon exiting the elevator, you are greeted by a large empty space with just a sofa by the window, no other adornments/decor. The carpets looked very dirty. Our room was just as the pictures showed but again, carpets stained and dirty. It was rather off-putting. I guess it was fine for what we needed, a place to stay before heading to the airport in the early am.

old rooms ,reception was not responsive ,had to update my keycard everyday to enter my room,only one lift was working ,waited for five minutes and could not access to the room because keycard could not work. apart from the breakfast there is nothing good about this hotel.

Cleaners clean our room every day except for the day we requested not to, which is very impressive. Staff are very helpful and approachable. On the negative note- It can be extremely noisy, we can hear people talking next door ( throughout the night), difficult to sleep when we can hear doors open and close. The shower can be extremely hot even when it’s cold. Phone line doesn’t seem to work and the tv keeps buffering due to no signal.

The hallways full of garbage and dust told manager 4 times never got clean and room never got clean towels very old and uncomfortable to be use ,needed taxi the door man said Uber is cheaper got his friends crooks changed 3 times of taxi phone and tv not working properly and shower was keep changing temperature and behind hotel is city sewage open stinks badly
