Hôtel incroyable. Se trouve qu’à 10 minutes de l’aéroport en bateau, lâché prise total car l’hôtel s’occupe de tout. Chambres très propres. Repas varié et local. Personnel souriant et professionnel. Paysages paradisiaques. Le must du must : la barrière de corail à quelques mètres de la plage. Nous sommes déjà venus en 2019, nous reviendrons c’est certains. Le seul point négatif : le prix des boissons $$$

Paysage magnifiques et plages bien entretenues. Une ile parsisiaque avec plein de petites plages..dommage que les hébergement de luxe soient vieillots et une seule prise électrique est disponible dans ces chambres..a lheure du multimedia dommage.et le wifi pas a tout les endroits... prendre le forfait avec les repas car rien dautre que l hotel sur l'île .

Excellent séjour passé dans cet hôtel. Propreté irréprochable, buffet varié, personnel accueillant, souriant et très serviable. Le cadre était magnifique. Très bien organisé, de l’arrivée au départ, tout est bien structuré. Un grand merci à Imane, qui parle parfaitement le français et qui a été juste parfaite.

Le personnel est très gentil, mais on voit qu’ils veulent faire le plus d’argent possible sur notre dos. Wifi intermittent et très faible, juste dans la chambre, même pas sur le site au complet. Excursion au dauphins horrible, aucun service excepté un verre de jus de pomme. L’endroit est sauvage, mais pas très propre.

Dear Serge, The staff is very nice, but we can see that they want to make as much money as possible on our backs. Wifi intermittent and very weak, only in the room, not even on the whole site. Horrible dolphin excursion, no service except a glass of apple juice. The place is wild, but not very clean. Rêve éveillé
Séjour fantastique, hôtel très joli, service au top et toujours au petit soin. Les plages sont magnifiques et toutes accessibles donc nous avons l’impression d’être seule. Hôtel animé tous les soirs avec des activités la journée donc on ne s’ennuie pas. Le buffet est excellent et change tous les jours. Sport possible squash tennis badminton ping pong. Piscine. Eau chaude 32 degrés . températures air 34/36 degrés . Voyage paisible et de repos sable de sable blanc cocotiers mangrove arbres a fleurs et plages naturelles. Remarquable travail des jardiniers. Suoer restaurant japonais sur place. .punchs. soirées animées sympas. Ile assez sympa car elle est pas loin de malé et pas trop grande 15 mns pour en faire le tour. C'est un ebdroit très bien et idéal pour tous..

L'hotel est super, le personnel accueillant et souriant. La nourriture est variée et de très bonne qualité. La plage est magnifique digne d'une carte postale c'est paradisiaque. Le moins sont les animations pas top, sur une partie de la plage en face malé ils font des travaux donc si vous voulez vous baigner avec des engins de chantier. Il n'y avait que deux restaurants d'ouvert car le restaurant Thai est en travaux également. Il ne sert à rien de prendre une chambre deluxe qui sont moins bien placées que les chambres standard.

Génial, nous ne pouvions rêver mieux pour notre voyage de noces !!!! Le service est parfait et nous remercions tout le monde pour les petites attentions 😀😀😀 île est magnifique et il est très facile de se trouver un peu de calme de coin de paradis.... La propreté est très bien, les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours.....ainsi que les serviettes de plage servies tous les jours!!!! Un grand merci à Amar pour sa facilité à parler français, ainsi qu'à tout le personnel du restaurant la galerie..... À refaire le plus vite possible !!!! Un voyage de 'oce inoubliable !!!

J’ai passé de magnifiques vacances sur l’îles Bandos! J’ai pris une villa avec jacuzzi (on était 2) pension complète. Séjours extraordinaire dans un endroit paradisiaque. Plage calme et très propre pour se détendre. L’île est très bien entretenue. Personnel au petit soin. Service aux chambres se fait 2 fois par jour. Plusieurs activités sont disponibles sur place. La nourriture est excellente et on a beaucoup de choix. Je recommande fortement! Rapport qualité/prix élevé!

Très beau cadre digne des plus belles cartes postales. Nous avons fait avec le all inclusive qui permet de ne pas avoir de surprise à la fin comme certains. L’ho Est très propre malgré le delige que nous nous sommes pris (apparemment éviter la toussaint). Beaux buffets de qualité, personnel au petit soin, activités bien pour une île en autarcie.

Very disappoiting stay
I would never go back to this hotel and I don't recommend it. The luggage carriers who brought my luggage back to the reception just before leaving broke the handle of my luggage and no one did anything about it except putting some tape that obviously was not going to last, no one cared about this at the reception and they claimed it was "broken by itself" I had to come back with a 30 hour transportation back to my country with a broken luggage that I could not carry. Moreover, if you expect some peace and quiet in the morning, housekeepers knock at your door at 6h30 AM and make a lot of noise. The rooms are not noise-proof at all. Expect to pay a very high cost for anything over there even for a 15$ glass of white wine at the bar. Quite disappointing hotel for what you expect! I travel a lot for work every month and never wrote a complain, but this was very disappointing. Moreover, expect no flexibility for early check-in or late check-out. I also had issues with the wifi that was slow and I had to work in my room so needed good connexion, and this is something you should not expect when you pay for that price.

hotêl choisi pour notre lune de miel, agréable surprise, la plage est à proximité immediate des chambres, l'animation présente, d'autant plus si on prense à prendre l'all inclusive qui permet d'avoir des sports nautiques tels que le kayak ou le windsurf inclus 2h par jour. La nourriture est vraiment très bonne, bravo à leur chef !! Seul bémol, le personnel du stand 'sports nautiques' est peu accueillant et fait tout pour dissuader de faire du sport l'après-midi, peut-être de la feignantise; celà s'est arrangé après une explication franche. Très bon etablissement dans l'ensemble, je recommande.

Our stay at Bandos was unfortunately not what we expected from a luxury holiday. Despite paying for all-inclusive, it was far from it. Freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, milkshakes, beachside snacks, and a-la-carte dining were all extra costs. Drinks included in the package were not covered in paid restaurants after 6 pm, which was bizarre. The cocktails were poorly mixed and all drinks were often lukewarm. The buffet(only place to dine with AI) had major food hygiene issues: the open-air setting allowed flies to touch the food, and fresh items like fruits and salads were not refrigerated. We mostly ate toast and beans for breakfast and paid for lunch and dinner because of this. The 'afternoon tea' offered a small toasted sandwich and fries, and once our sandwich had plastic in it, to which we received a mere "oh, sorry.". The selection of beachside drinks was limited and confusing. Drinks allowed at the beach bar were not allowed on sun loungers just a meter away. Service was another letdown. Menus were often not brought promptly, and servers rarely returned after taking the first order. We felt more like annoyances than customers. However, service in the paid Grill and Umiyaki restaurants was excellent, as was the staff at the dive center. Our room was comfortable but showed signs of wear and tear, with marks on fabrics and chips in countertops. Hand soap was not replenished, and one day we only received one bath towel for two people. Would reccomend looking elsewhere
