Stafff are adorable!!!! Thank you so much!! I give 1 star for the emplacement because when you came durant the night the neighbhood is kind of scary... but the hotel is secure, the doors are close at night.

Tres agreable séjour. Nous arrivés en avance et nous avons pu profiter d'une chambre rapidement. Tres spacieux, calme et propre. Nos quelques échanges avec le personnel étaient agréables. Petits plus : les machines à laver sont gratuites et il y'a un petit buffet quelques soirs dans la semaine. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Très bien situé dans Baltimore

The hotel is well located near the aquarium and some restaurants nearby. The staff was very welcoming and access to the gym and laundry room is a must.

We had a nice stay here. The staff is wonderful; always able to answer questions with warmth and professionalism. Great breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. The only negative was that our room faced an alleyway with dumpsters which were cleaned out very early every morning, making noise which woke us up. Also, while the surrounding area is relatively safe and is an easy walk to the inner harbour, the area just north is a little seedy. But overall, would recommend Staybridge!

Tub was clogged, took at least 5 min for the shower to heat up, for the money I expected top of the line but it was very mediocre. The only plus is valet. But we would not stay here again.

The Staybridge is much too good to be in this area. The suites are spacious, well maintained, promptly cleaned, and kept at a comfortable temperature. The minifridge is clean and ample cups and vessels are provided. The complimentary breakfast has decent variety and quality and is well attended by the staff. The street the Staybridge is on is kept clean and inviting, but just around the corner (Baltimore Ave) is a strip of unwholesome activity that can be disorienting and off-putting if one is not prepared.

We had a horrible experience at another hotel and so we tried Staybridge. They were accommodating and nothing but kind. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. THe building is very cool too.

The hotel itself was nice and the breakfast was great. The only concern was the area is not as safe at night and even though it is close to the pier, that area is no longer a vibrant area. Most of the stores/restaurants are closed or have moved away.

Our room was very spacious and clean, well stocked, the noise level was low (we were on 4th floor facing front of hotel), and the staff was very friendly. We loved the tall ceilings in our room and historic touches that the hotel has preserved. Also, it is extremely worth it to get valet- I don’t usually add this service, but at this location it just makes sense. We had absolutely no problems or safety concerns walking from our hotel to Aquarium area, but it was a little strange knowing if we walked around the corner from the hotel in the other direction then we would be surrounded by strip clubs- it made our exploration of the surrounding area very limited since we had a child in tow.

Very nice spacious rooms. We made it romantic for it was Valentines Day. Very close to the harbor and walking distance to where we attended a concert. The only issue was that the bedroom area heat didnt stay warm. The rest of the suite was warm. We eill stay there again soon.
