I have stayed here four times. This time the pool Experience was horrible. The behavior of the guests in the pool was very unacceptable. And although an adult was present they had no respect for the other families attempting to enjoy the pool and hot tub.

The newly added parking fee to park during the weekend in an office parking lot that isn't secure or have an attendant or abundant lighting was the only down side to my repeat stay here. Prior to that this was my go to for a place to bring my father and be able to visit family. This area used to be reasonable and far enough away from DC shenanigans but it appears to be on longer. Once you are in the hotel it is great and the staff are very friendly. The pool is consistently operational which was a bonus for my family.

There is a $10 per day (plus fees) parking fee, so the money I thought I was saving by booking with this hotel ended up costing me more in the long run. The exercise room was just ok, the cable machine was old and had significant wear and tear. The bed in my room (221) was so uncomfortable it had a dent in it that felt like everyone sits in that spot! I must say that the breakfast was very good. Nice and hot and great options for all. Great location to Joe Cannon stadium but not the greatest hotel in the area. I will definitely weigh my options heavily before staying there again but would if I really had to.

Comfortable Stop Over
Check-in was done with ease and the desk clerk was very helpful. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable, however, the only disappointing thing was the shower. The water did not drain out, so therefore, I was standing in my bath. Not good. Other than the shower, I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed during a snow storm. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Snow removal crew did an excellent job of clearing walks and driving space. The bed was comfortable.

The mattresses are hard old springs and worn out. Otherwise the room was fine for the price. Fortunately we managed for one night. The staff were kind. It seemed clean. Things are just out of date and lower grade.

The property and my room was very clean and well maintained. Checkin was not the best. The agent was greater me and asked if I was checking in. I said yes, gave him my name, but then He puts his head down and started texting in his phone while I was standing there waiting. I then said Hello are you texting because I thought maybe I missed something. He then said rudely, “ Yes I am. I’m scheduling my son’s hair cut appointment if that is alright with you!” I use to work for Marriott for 15 years so I know that this was not the appropriate way to greet a customer. Very disappointing start to a otherwise great stay.
