We do clean rooms every seven days on account our house keeping staff are attuned to a set schedule for every guest in addition to cleaning checked out rooms. Hi Jarrod, We are so sorry for this inconvenience. Yes, our shuttle times are Monday through Friday from 7am to 3 pm. Afterwards, we can only uber guests using our personal uber account to and from the airport until 11pm. Unfortunately, we could not reimburse you because your reservation was made through Expedia. This problem has been addressed with management, Thank you for pointing this out, best regards.

These holds usually take 7-10 business days to return to your card, more so if you used a Cash App or Chime card.
