Took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone about a shuttle pick up, the shuttle never came. No one working could opporate the check in system. Someone else was given a key to my room while i was in the shower. A wake up call for the wrong room came in at 3:30am. They didnt charge me because it was so terrible but i will never go back.

Most things were clean- especially the tub and the kitchen. But the floors needed a good scrubbing and the sofa was pretty disgusting. So was the mattress in the sofa. Would definitely stay again but not for long term.

Left the property around 3am trying to check out no Staff was available at all at front desk. They had a phone with a label that said if need help to pick up phone which I did and still no one came out at all.

Friendly staff, clean room, a little on the worn side. Maybe a little fresh paint in the budget when possible to spruce things up some. Booked reservation based on claim of transportation to airport but did not realize till I checked in that transportation only runs during certain hours so I ended up needing to make alternative transportation plans to get to the airport for a very early flight. Maybe putting on their site that transport is only available would be helpful for future customers.

Very unprofessional service visited there for short stop we had the flight to catch and my wife is pregnant we paid the hotel actual price and we arrived in hotel to collect the keys of the room they started asking for deposit which unacceptable we were short of money never going there my pregnant wife and me was very disappointed

The room was spacious and it had a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The linens were clean. The bath tub did not drain well and at the end of the shower we were standing in ankle deep water.

It was clean and fresh! Housekeeping was very responsive. Front desk was responsive as well. It was very well lit. I would ask if they get those crater sized potholes fixed.

Stephen at the front desk was awesome! Very pleasant demeanor. I had a transportation issue with my arrival to the hotel and he was able to get it resolved. He made my check- in process very easy.

We stayed here to take advantage of the hotel transportation to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower head was small but not a huge deal to me. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if needed transportation to the airport.

The people at the front desk were very nice. Very friendly at check-in and very hospitable. The overall common areas of the hotel are quite dirty rundown and not impressive. However, the room was not a trendy beautiful room, but it was very nice and very clean.

The service was below average and they dont clewn their rooms nor change sheets and towels, say you have to stay for seven days before that can be done, this is not hygienic at all.

The Expedia page that I booked through does not say that there is a time period for shuttles. This meant I had to load the Uber app, create an account, and book my own transportation.

Hi Jarrod, We are so sorry for this inconvenience. Yes, our shuttle times are Monday through Friday from 7am to 3 pm. Afterwards, we can only uber guests using our personal uber account to and from the airport until 11pm. Unfortunately, we could not reimburse you because your reservation was made through Expedia. It is low end studio apartment building. Smelled of cigarettes. No hotel lobby. Sheets and room was clean. Not a 3-star hotel in any way.

These holds usually take 7-10 business days to return to your card, more so if you used a Cash App or Chime card. You get what you pay for. If you just need a place to stay this location is fine. Close to all the other hotels. Food within walking distance. Less than 20 minute drive to Baltimore city center. Shower water was questionable but enough to get the soap off you. Allows pets which was nice. Towels were clean.
