This hotel is located in a quiet area. The rooms are large, comfortable and reasonably clean. Overall, the facility is a bit run down and in need of some basic maintenance and cleaning.

I found that the people who work there are excellent. However there was an outbreak of bed bugs in one of their buildings. That is just gross. People were having to be moved to other buildings which led to my departure. I was told all rooms were filled and that because we had not paid yet that we would have to leave. However if they had to close rooms due to bed bugs was the real reason to had to leave. Great staff Great location and great breakfast. Overall satisfied.

Fire alarm went off at 0500. Someone’s rims (all 4) were stolen off his vehicle in the parking lot. Breakfast served until 0830 weekdays.

Staff was amazing and helpful, location was convenient and seemed relatively safe of an area. Common area was relatively tidy, our room was pretty abysmal with cleanliness of non common quick clean areas. Example door ways, dust, it smelled pretty bad, the screens on the window were tattered and broken so much a bird flew into our room. Did not have the means to check out and rebook elsewhere so made do, the bed was clean not comfy. The front desk staff I interacted with was very friendly.

Great staff. Somebody from bedrooms ? … was smoking tabaco at night… was awful. Carpet are dirty and bad odor. Noise from 3rd floor when somebody walk. Breakfast didn’t include fruits but almond milk ( at least ). The lobby smell great and was clean. Uber to downtown without traffic $15.00 … more or less.

Front desk wasn’t overly friendly and didn’t program my card right causing me to return to lobby but this place is awesome. Great room. Great breakfast. Great price. Two huge TVs. Nice tall desk table. Kitchen. I would stay here again.

I was disappointed with the deposit fee of $100 that I was not aware of. I also was not informed that there was no housekeeping to collect daily towels or take out the trash. I had to go to the office to receive fresh towels. I did enjoy the separate bedroom in the suite. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and hot water. Although the toilet clogged for no reason

The room and hotel was fairly quiet, nice, and comfortable. What we didn't like was the smell of weed from the room next door coming into the room because of the gap at the bottom of the door. I had to use a towel to cover the gap because it gave my daughter a horrible migraine the last night and had difficulty falling asleep.The people above us heavily walked the floor all night long which was also on our last night. The setup of the hotel is like an apartment complex so, we had to walk outside to get to breakfast and the lobby. The staff and breakfast made up for the troubles from the last night of our stay.
