Nous avions demandé une chambre non-fumeur et lors de notre entrée, ça sentait la cigarette au maximum. L'employée disait qu'elle n'avait plus d'autres chambres de disponibles. Elle est venue nous porter un vaporisateur qui sent bon. Il avait la présence de plusieurs insectes dans notre salle de bain.

Mal propreté
C’était très mal propre, nous avons même trouvé des poils humain disgratieux dans notre lit lorsque nous l’avons ouvert. Il y avait également des insects mort sous le lit et des coulisse jaunâtre sur les mur de la salle de bain. Nous n’osions même pas toucher au mir et à la porte.

Arrêt à cet hôtel près de l'autoroute les photos sur le site de réservation sont belles mais l'hotel est sale.

Don’t. Go. Here. The pictures online are incredibly misleading. The condition of the rooms and bathroom were HORRIBLE. The bedding has stains, the bathrooms has missing lights, the locks on the doors were broken and just nails in the walls. We felt incredibly unsafe. Do NOT stay here under ANY circumstances.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The cigarette smile was all over. Even the bed sheet has cigarette burn. They have the cheapest hand towels in the market. The staff were nice and friendly.

The bed in the room was old and used and had a dent on the side that sunk in And they have roaches i killed at least 7 roaches. Luckily I was leaving town and will never have to deal with that again

This hotel was disgusting. There was mold on the ceiling blood on the wall no smoke detectors the TV didn't work. The bed sheet was dirty. There were roaches the size of my finger and the sink was stopped up. I didn't stay and am traumatized from this experience

Not what was advertised/represented on Hotels.com. HOWEVER, once I notified them of the reasons I cancelled the remaining reservation, they were professional about responding and refunding the remainder of the stay. Biggest issues were room maintenance (broken door, bath fan, floors torn up) and noise/comfort (lots of late night noise from rooms, parking).

I like that they clean the room when you stay multiple nights. I don’t like the comfort of beds they gave me a room I complained anout before the roaches was gone But the toilet still needed to be fixed so I had a slow drain they need to do something about the multiple potholes in the parking lot

Surprisingly good
After reading some reviews I expected it to be run down and dirty. Maybe this was a long time ago for those people but when I stayed the rooms were very clean and the staff were above and beyond pleasant. It was quiet and accommodating and couldn't ask for anything more for the price. Highly recommended.

It was sooooooooo run-down and roaches were on the floor. The tub was filthy!!!!! The bed was small and didn't smell clean at all...i left and stayed somewhere else it was that bad. The front desk staff was awesome.

My stay was terrible they gave us a ride with a lot of roaches and our shower was leaking

Roach Motel Hell
The worst experience I have ever had. The hotel is ran down inside on out. The stairs were rusty and smelled of human urine and feces. The first room I was given had a hole where the smoke detector was suppose to be. Hair was in the dirty grimmy bathtub. Stained sheets and pillow cases. Mice wholes everywhere. Filthy floors. Second room looks a little better but it's worst, there are roaches every where. Tired to be moved to another hotel, but was told that a third room was offered so the customer service agent could not transfer my booking ends where or refund my money. Third room there was not a surface the roaches were not on. I stayed in my car.

Unfortunately, this is a pretty sketchy place. When we arrived, the manager was on the phone arguing with the police about kicking someone off the property and didn't pause the conversation to help us check in. The room had suspicious stains. We got locked out of our room on the second day. I may have seen someone stealing a TV from another room. I did not feel comfortable or safe.
