Likes: The staff was very helpful and accomodating for room change. Restaurant on site Disliked: price gouging for the quality of the room that was provided during time of events in the city. I expected better quality from the Kimpton group but a few things missed the mark. Horrible beds- It felt like a box spring. One bathroom was very clean, another had mold in the tile and water went all over the floor when you used the shower due insufficient coverage by the shower door. "Perks" that were supposed to be provided were different in every room. Overall, I would not have paid for this hotel at over $300/night for the quality. It is in need of many updates to the property.

One of my pillowcases was stained with blood. The charging station on the night stand was sticky and gross My room phone did not work There was no bath mat Shower head was clogged Room safe was locked Really run down room - it did not live up to my expectations of a Kimpton Hotel - and certainly not acceptable at the rate I paid. IHC chat tried to be helpful Hotel staff was not and after stating they would check about compensation and let me know at checkout - no mention at all when I checked out. I will never stay at another Kimpton Hotel hotel

Absolutely stunning definitely gives a vegas class but vintage and marvelous. From the front lobby to the rooms. Had a wonderful time and the staff was very tentative and informative

It was my first time in Baltimore and was there for a trade show. I prefer IHG hotels so I was looking forward to my stay. I arrived late and the person at the desk was friendly and accommodating. I had questions about the general area and she took the time to share ideas. The room was a great size. It was large and I was able to move around and have space to work and chill. It was clean and had ample towels and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice. The thermostat worked and I was able to adjust the temp for cool nights and warmer days. The restaurant - B&O - had great food and drinks. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Their recommendations were perfect. I invited clients over one evening and everyone raved about the crab cakes — so try them if you make it there. The night before I left I requested a late checkout because of my flight and again they were super accommodating. When I returned home I had a question about my bill and called to ask a few questions. The person I spoke to was helpful and explained something I overlooked. The people that work there make it a great place to stay. I often saw the same people over the 3 night stay and they made it a wonderful visit.

Close to convention center. Nice decorations. Not many restaurant nearby. Slow Response to guest’s request. Example, I requested a pillow and microwave oven, they were delivered the next day and after second request.

The room was a bit cold, heat is capped at 76 and water doesn’t get very warm. I can understand there’s an energy savings, but it made the stay not so comfortable. Otherwise the location and staff was great! Hotel bar and restaurant was amazing. Check in was pretty seamless with the exception of valet. The valet was a bit confusing at first.

Place is beautiful but hot water in sink wasnt working and when you showered the whole barhroom floor and the carpet outside the bathroom was also soaked. Asked for help and rhet just gave us towels to out down

Lovely restoration, fabulous stained glass windows. Restaurant was wonderful. Staff very accommodating. Only thing I missed was a chair or loveseat in the room.

The overall stay was good and I felt safe. The only issue I had was that my husband ended up getting food poisoning around 3 am and could not get anyone on the phone and no one was in the lobby so I could get some cleaning supplies. When I tried concierge phone line about the 4th time someone rude answered and said they don't have cleaning supplies. I was a little taken aback since it is a hotel. I did my best with what I had which was basically towels in the bathroom. I know for next time I go anywhere now is to bring some disinfecting wipes. I would stay here again though

Check in was slow as there was only one receptionist behind the desk & many guests trying to check in. Bar closed at 9pm so after our concert we could not get a nightcap at the hotel. TV in our room did not work.

Exceptionally beautiful hotel; however, not “functional” for a family. Room slept 6 (including old bunk beds). Bathroom soap dispensers were not kid-accessible. Although we had 6 in the room, we received 3 sets of towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. Neither coffee nor microwave in room. Coffee was located in lobby but no cream available and only from 6-10am. Valet parking was the only option the hotel gave and it was an extra $50/night. Lobby is actually on the 2nd floor of the hotel so when you walk in on the 1st floor, you only get greeted by a security guard who claimed not to know anything about the hotel. Bar service at night was…interesting; however breakfast service and food was great albeit costly for eggs and bacon.Again, it’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel….but for a family traveling we would have preferred more amenities included and less “fancy” wallpaper.

The elevator floor was sticky and the elevator has a pungent smell. The shower water is barely warm. The room did not have a remote for the television and it took the staff more than 2 hours to bring me a remote for the television. The only extra amenity is two bottles of water if you’re an IHG member.
