Bad Service all around. Room clean and comfy
Our Room was not ready until after our checkin time of 4pm which was disappointing. While waiting we got a few coffees at the coffee bar. Women behind the counter wreaked of marijuana and seemed nice until we had to ask for the whipped cream on one of our coffee drinks……when then got the glare even though our receipt said whipped cream. We had checked our bags and after finally being able to check in had to wait 10 minutes for the bell hop who was on break. Room was clean and comfortable which was nice it was really the service that was disappointing.

What a great experience!! We were here for a volleyball tournament at the connected convention center and we enjoyed the Hilton so much!! We ordered dinner from Rosario's for the whole team and are it in the lobby, we enjoyed the hot tub, pool and sauna and the amazing view of the baseball stadium (oriol's anyone?). And we slept beautifully in the sooo comfy beds. We also really appreciated the safe garage parking and ability to leave our bags in the car without worry. But the best was the brunch and the chef at the omelet station. This hotel has a great staff and they are everywhere dealing with all the messes the volleyball and dance teams were making, but the omelet guy at the brunch was the best, a terrific human, chef and all around fun personality. We will be back!

Trip to see a football game
Trip to see the Ravens-Rams game. Great location. Easy walk to the stadium. Spacious room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Convenient coffee shop and bar in the lobby. Good nearby restaurants. Quick trip to the airport. Overall was very happy. Would go back.

The room above us sounded like someone was stomping on the floor all night so we got no sleep all weekend then the last night we were staying the tv went out and the response was that happens sometimes when it rains the hot tub was also out of order the whole weekend and management thought it was still running the hot tub was one of the reasons i choose this hotel over the hyatt overall experience was just terrible for the money i paid to stay in a "luxury hotel"
