L'accueil fut chaleureux, personnel de bonne humeur. Le WI-FI était pourri, ça roulait à 2Mega bit, donc vraiment pourri. La chambre n'a pas été faite et le changement de serviette non plus. Le positif, chambre à lavage mais on doit se battre avec la sécheuse pour qu'elle fonctionne et cela nous coûte 2 fois le prix sans remboursement. quand on se prépare pour sortir, on réalise que la porte ne ferme pas du tout, ne barre pas et ne clenche pas. En sortant on demande de réparer rapidement ce qui fut fait puisque tout était sous contrôle à notre retour.

Motel banal mais correct
Séjour normal sanns plus. L'hôtel est moyen mais le personnel était accueillant. J'ai apprécié la salle de sport bien entretenue ainsi que le petit déjeuner correct que l'on peut faire. La chambre était une chambre classique de motel mais un peu dévevante car sentait la vieille fumée de cigarette er était un peu défraichie. Le motel est proche de centres commerciaux oû l on peut faire du shopping et manger de manière variée. Baltimore est proche mais pour Washington mieux vaut trouver un motel plus proche fsi on souhaite s'y rendre plusieurs jours de suite. Sinon c'est une étape au rapport qualité prix intéressant je pense dans le cadre d un voyage sur la cote est.

I feel the guy at the front desk could have been a little nicer. I didn’t know about a security deposit when booking through a third party . And 100 dollar deposit is a little crazy for these rooms. I ended up paying because my room was already paid for non refundable. Well I used my cash app not knowing it automatically takes it from Apple Pay. So he was saying my card numbers didn’t match I’m showing him where they took the money from off of my cash app. He told me you can’t get a room here cause your card numbers don’t match. Mind you he wrote down the last 4 of my card number.I asked him why he did that he said he had too. After reviewing my card several times on my phone Uncomfortable feeling.Luckily there was a very nice young lady who helped me figure out where the other card number was coming from. As she went to get the manager I’m not saying anything to him I’m waiting for the manager he said “i don’t know what your doing nothing is going to change you can’t get a room here” as if my room wasn’t already paid for. The young lady and the manager were very helpful. And I appreciate them for helping me figure this out. But as far as the male at the front desk . Very rude . Very unprofessional. This is not a job for him he does not know how to talk to people. For him to be that rude to a woman with a baby is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. I usually don’t leave reviews but this experience made me very upset. I honestly will not be returning to this property.

No hot water, notified the staff at the desk claim to have reset the button only to have hot water for 34 seconds. Key cards kept deactivating such a waste of money staying there.

There was hot water Ma'am hot water tanks were at 132 degrees each there are 2 tanks in each building all brand new. I appreciate you letting me know. Broken furniture, no tv control and room very cold. Per the front desk the room had not been in use and it would take time to warm up.The bed comforter and extremely hot water to shower. Breakfast had one broken waffle make as well as the toaster.

Good Afternoon,Thank you for taking the time to let us know how your stay was, as for breakfast we only have 1 waffle maker out and the spare works just fine. I tested the toaster and as well this is working as well, I'm sorry it was not working for you, but anyone would have been happy to assist you. I will speak to housekeeping on TV remotes in the room, this is their job to make sure all is provided for our guests, we do have extras at the desk also.We do hope to see you again.Be Safe,DebraGeneral Manager
