Hotel old, Staff does not communicate.
Stayed first night. Man checked us in. The following morning a Lady fussed because we had a dog and the man did not charge for the dog. Stayed six days later and I told the Man I had a dog and he did not charge a fee. I told him I didn't want that Woman yelling at me again and he assured me it would not happen, Well when we checked out the Woman fussed at me again and I just walked away.

Awful stay. The hotel looked abandon. The upkeep was poor. The room had old cigarette butts and beer caps under the bed. the bathtub was so bad we didn't take a shower. there was no continental breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

at first glance, I thought the hotel was closed, only 1 car in lot/ At first the room appeared to be clean, until i went to the bathroom, hair on the shower stall, and in tub, hair on the sink top, and the floor had not been vacuumed. They had all of 2 pieces of packaged honey buns, for brreakfast. One pack of coffee in room. Would not choose it again

Disgusting
Room was disgusting, smelled horrible, had stained sheets, pillow cases, mold and mildew in the shower and on ceiling. Roaches everywhere!

Hotel from the 1970's
Stayed only one night, but everything about the room was dated. No iron/ironing board in the room, old refrigerator and microwave, bathroom very small, linen very old fashioned. Pool is out of order.....This hotel needs a total renovation

You get what you pay for
Room was far from clean. We stopped for a quick sleep while on a road trip. We opted to sleep in our clothes rather than touch the linen. It was a cheap price so I guess that's what you get.

i want my money back! Should have slept in the car!
This was the worst experience ever with a hotel stay ! The first room they gave me the heat didn't work and it looked as if the room was in mid process of being remodeled . Then the next room they gave me was horrible. Disgusting ! Hardly any water pressure in showers ! We were there basically 3 days and had no housekeeping come in and no fresh towels or sheets ! Then when I went to check out my customer service was horrible ! The woman sat on the couch in the lobby and basically said just put it on the counter and I will take care of it later ! There is no way I would ever consider staying at this hotel again !

Was an ok place, pool was closed, breakfast wasn't to great had honey bunns and milk, Also they had no record of my reservation even though I called ahead and it took a very long time to check in.

stay in your car before you stay here
probably the nastiest place I have every been in, I am retired military and have stayed in some real bad places, this is at the top of the bad list. we were warned about the condition but it was the only place we could find, check out and did not stay the second night. we were forced to cut our trip short almost ruin the weekend. I will not use hotel.com again

Furniture is run down. Linens are worn out. Plumbing was noisy when turned on. Carpet was frayed and worn.

Not as bad as review's I've read
I had read some of the bad reviews before I stayed at this hotel. I decided to give it a shot anyway. There was a claim the rooms were dirty and there were roaches. Guess what? My room was clean and there were no roaches. It was a typical $50.00 room. My only complaint is there was no one at the desk when I checked out.

The hotel was not clean at all. I lift up the bed by the door a bug crawled from under the mattress. Sheets did not look clean. the sink had hair in it probably from the previous guest. the bench had sticky stuff on it God know's what that could have been. I don't even really want to know

Hotel needs new staff and cleaned!!!
If you asked for anything you got it hours later after asking 2-3 times. Breakfast was Little Debbie snack cakes. And the bath tub didn't hold water and they wouldn't change us rooms.

Low cost hotel
The late night clerk who checked me in was responsive and pleasant. The room was spacious and smelled clean without overwhelming perfumes. The AC smelled a little moldy at first and the room carpet appeared old and dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room included a working refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. The shower was also clean and operated well.

It was a nice hotel, close to where I needed to be however housekeeping could be a little better. We did not have clean towels, there was hair in the tub and the stairwell was loaded with spiders all over, alive and dead. I walked through cob webs going to my room. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant.

The hotel was not bad for the price. When we arrived to Bainbridge, we did not have any cell phone or Internet service. So, we couldn't Google the directions to the hotel. Found a nice young lady to give us directions. Lady at hotel wanted to charge us because Hotels.com only paid her $45 for our stay. I explained that I had already paid $57.12 and I was not giving her my credit card. She said she will call them in the morning.

As an employee of a 4 star hotel, I am very critical. The room was fairly clean, however, the housekeepers should close the bathroom doors and clean the woodwork. The painters should mask the ceiling so there is no extra line on the white ceiling. When we were running late for a check in, no one answered the telephone, for several hours. Slight musty odors, and they should call an exterminator. As we were going to a Graduation in Tallahassee,this was the closest we could get, the odds are we will never stay there again.

Breakfast was a joke. A bunch of oatmeal pie on a try and an empty gallon of milk. Don't stay here unless you have to.

Clean and comfortable. Like all motels run by middle easterners the pool was closed. Very few amenities but the room was clean and comfortable. TV worked. Plenty of hot water. The couple who ran it were very friendly.

Great for fisherman
Well it looked closed. The bushes are not trimmed the pool is covered up and it looks like the whole building could use a good pressure washing. We checked in on a Tuesday didn't see any other vehicles there till Thursday night. Which was kind of nice actually we have the whole place to ourselves. There was some random trash laying around and it also seemed as if the room hadn't been used in a a while. They did have a continental breakfast but they were late setting it up and it only had about eight pastries to choose from and two types of juice. The maid would only seem to vacuum the room not make the bed or replace the soap shampoo or coffee but Wood leave clean towels. Yes all this sounds bad but it was also the second cheapest room available and it was walking distance to the boat ramp. Also as a tournament fisherman all the lightposts outside had plenty of power plugs to charge my boat and plenty of room to park because nobody else was there. So the moral of the story was the room was pretty comfortable, and was clean compared to many of the hotels we've stayed in on fishing trips but if you're looking for a full service hotel this is not it. The TV and everything in the room all function right and seem to be of moderate quality I wouldn't complain. It is what it is I would stay there again like I said great location!

My family and I stayed 2 nights. Continental breakfast sucked. Juice machine was broken, cereal looked like it had been in the machine a year, no milk for cereal, continental breakfast consisted of honey buns. When booking, I requested a smoking room and they put me in a non-smoking room

Bainbridge Stay
It is not a Super 8 anymore, it is America's Best Value Inn. It was not very clean, the staff was not very helpful, the breakfast was less thancontinental, and the Wi-Fi never would work. Will definitely hit the new Days Inn next time!

Not at all satisfied with our stay.
If you won't a relitively cheep room and cleanliness doesn't bother you then this may be your place. But for me it goes back to you get what you pay for. The room looked clean but the carpets were so filthy that they made your feet black so we had to keep our shoes on. The fridge didn't work. We will not be back.

Rooms are in need of major repair/refurnishing. Commode was loose, and almost stopped up. Shower pressure was almost as bad as the toilet flushing. Dead insects....and a few live roaches were seen. Carpet looked filthy; even though I could tell it had been vacumned. Only advantage to using this motel was the proximity to the boat ramp.
