« We enjoyed the lodge, which is very clean and well equipped, everything we need was available including the internet. The village is lovely, we met very nice and friendly people. Emma takes very good care of the guests. The view from the lodge is beautiful, we had wonderful sunsets. I recommend this place! »

« Had a lovely stay in Shiskine! The only thing I worried about was the proximity to the road but so few cars drove by, especially at night, that it is no problem at all. Peaceful and quiet. The tiny house/pod is just as promised in the pictures. I had a fantastic time exploring the surroundings of the lighthouse and of course all the beaches nearby. The beach below the property was basically a private one (in October), as I only saw a couple of other people once. »

« This property was our favorite one on the trip. The beach was so close and the rooms nice and large. Having two bathrooms suited us perfectly and having a wash basin in each bedroom was incredibly convenient. Parking was right in front of the door. The kitchen even had sugar and some other items that we did not have to get. The traditional style was very homey. I would stay here again if in this area on a return visit. »

« We spent an excellent journey. The place is beautiful. The house is splendid and very functional. We met Mark who gave us good advice. And Regina was very available by email. Single road accessibility made it possible to understand the system of passing places and to be able to take all the Scottish roads without apprehension !
