« The house was absolutely perfect for us for the weekend and great setup for having a get together on the weekend. « This was a lovely cottage for our Christmas break, perfect for 2 adults and a dog. Maintained to a high standard and catered for all our needs. « A lovely stay in a cute old stable. Lovely provision of cereal, bread, butter, milk and coffee (including some for the cafetière for those like me who don’t drink instant). The fridge has a small freezer at the top which is great. The living room is double height and very comfy with underfloor heating, the bedroom is upstairs on the mezzanine. The owners have really thought about the things you need when staying away in self-catered accommodation and it shows! 10/10 »

« Good location for traveling locally to the city centre and surrounding areas a bus rout goes past the property road can be busy at times as it’s a routine bus route. The bungalow is easily accessible not too far from the A1 & there are good convenience facilities just off the A1 roundabout less than 4 miles from Austerfield. The bungalow is furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofas & excellent beds & bedding. The location is in a secure park with intriguing deer statues in several places. Well recommended for short or long stays. »

« We did not stay. The room was upstairs and we had to go through a really trashy yard to get to it. It was cold and the heaters didn’t work, smelt like mildew and the bathroom was a disaster!
