Nous avons vraiment adorer l’endroit. C a y retourner j’etais meme triste de quitter. La seul chose que nous avons moins aimer est l’accessibilité des ascenseurs c’etait tres long parfois 4ascenseur avant de pouvoir embarquer. Sinon toute etait parfait service personnels bouff 🤘🤘🤘

Bel hôtel, un peu déçu par la chambre
L'hôtel est moderne, bien décoré, belle ambiance. Nous étions dans la tour nord, vue sur la mer au loin mais il fallait beaucoup marcher pour y acceder. Chambre très propre et bien équipée, belle télé mais la déco fait un peu ancienne par rapport à la modernité de l'hotel.

La seule chose que n'est pas à l'hauteure de l'hôtel c'est le buffet du restaurant, trop dispendieux pour la qualité de la nourriture qui était parfois trop salée ou trop sucrée. Le service du personnel au restaurant est excellent.

Une qualité exceptionnelle pour le confort, néanmoins 3 ascenseurs fonctionnels sur 12 quand la chambre est au 36e étage c'est long, longtemps. Un bon choix de restaurants, de tout pour tous pour tous les budgets. L'aire de jeux est vraiment agréable une bonne quantité de machines à sous, dans les périodes de pointe, la section fumeurs embaume toute la place ! Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine puisqu'elle ferme à 18h et elle est bondée d'enfants, l'endroit gagnerait à offrir une période pour adultes en soirée. Pour un 4 étoiles, pas de sauna sec ou vapeur ni de bain tourbillon ! Pour un supplément, il y a un spa massage mais de jour seulement... Vraiment la mer est à 2 pas, le boardwalk aussi, la grande roue, et les jeux sont fantastiques. Le sécurité est parfaite et les agents sont très sociables et gentils. Rien n'est parfait mais le Hard Rock café l'est presque, c'est SUPER. La vue partielle sur la mer est fantastique !
