Hôtel bien situé, proche de nombreuses commodités (transports, commerces, restaurants). Station de métro Chamblee à quelques minutes en voiture de l'hôtel, avec un parking relais gratuit et une liaison en métro vers le centre ville d'ATLANTA en 20min environ. Personnel agréable et professionnel. Hôtel en bon état, avec parking gratuit. Piscine extérieure en saison. Chambre propre, confortable, en bon état, spacieuse, avec literie confortable et wifi fonctionnel. Présence d'un frigo, d'un micro-ondes et d'une bouilloire/cafetière dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié (sucré/salé). Bon rapport qualité/prix.

2 nuits (chambre 1 très grand lit)
Hôtel bien situé, nombreuses options de shopping et de restauration accessibles à pied. Hôtel propre, bien entretenu. Personnel sympathique et professionnel, check-in rapide. Chambre propre, spacieuse, bien équipée (frigo...) avec literie confortable et bonne isolation (peu voir pas de bruits entendus pendant mon séjour). Petit déjeuner inclus convenable (un peu de salé serait appréciable). Wifi fonctionnel. Parking gratuit. Quartier sûr. Parking relais pour le métro (MARTA) accessible en voiture à quelques kilomètres si vous souhaitez partir visiter ATLANTA en métro. Merci au personnel d'avoir bien géré le fait que la machine à faire les clefs de chambres était en panne et qu'il leur a fallu se déplacer à chaque fois pour ouvrir les chambres aux clients avec leur pass. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

When we checked in we had to switch to 3 different rooms before it was suitable. The outside rooms were dirty and nasty. The tv didn’t work and the room door didn’t close unless you pushed it alway closed. The last room they gave us was okay and bigger. The tv didn’t have internet connection for a day so we were unable to watch tv when we got back to the room.

The rooms were dirty. We probably had the previous guess dirty clothes in the room. The rooms smell like cigarettes smoke. The hotel was disgusting. My family and I had to book this hotel at the last moment for a funeral. Never again!

Pleasantly Surprised
We did not know this was a motel when we booked it around an hour before we arrived in the area via an iPhone app, and we were skeptical. Even though we were on the ground floor with a front parking lot door, located inside 285 in Atlanta, it was perfectly fine. Clean. Quiet. (Yes, it really was quiet!) The fridge and tv worked. The AC/heat worked. All lights worked and had lightbulbs. All locks worked. Pillows were great. And a king-sized bed. No visible untended damage in the room. Starbucks and other restaurants are on the same block. A mall, a Target, a movie theater, and two grocery stores are nearby. Very convenient. Close to 285 and 85. Fast and kind check-in guy. In less than five minutes, and we were in our room. Was less than $100 for the night! And a free breakfast! Very surprising for the Friday before Christmas. We travel a ton, and some much, much more expensive (luxury) hotels in and around Atlanta have frequently had non-working fridges, wet carpet, loud hallways, terrible check-in, peeling wallpaper, stained bedding, bad parking, etc. Not sure if we lucked out or what, but it was a really good deal. No complaints whatsoever. Would stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very worn and beaten down rooms. Room lock had to be replaced which added 30 minutes to the end of an already long night (very helpful staff to correct the issue but not a welcome situation). Worst of all, I observed several bugs in my room even though the surfaces appeared to be clean

I was there for two nights. The staff were friendly during check-in and check-out. The facilities are older but clean and offer both privacy and a quiet place to sleep, as well as plenty of parking options. It felt safe, in large part thanks to an extremely heavy door. The heating and cooling worked great, and the beds were comfortable.

Les points faibles : Personnel et service et infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
As soon as we opened the door to go inside to register the hotel lobby reeked of pot smell. I mentioned it to the front desk and she said it's always like that. Our room was the same way. It was very hard to breathe to say nothing about giving you a headache. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not sure about staying here again.
