Haven’t been to Atlanta in awhile. Hotel was amazing minus the beds as they were not comfortable at all. Everything else (location, food, shoppijg, walkability, accomodations pool, gym, etc) was perfect. We will definitely return.

It was beautiful. I loved that the room had tea and coffee options, a steamer, and flat iron. This room was the best.

My stay was very refreshing. My dog was with me and the only thing I needed around that was a dog water bowl, and poop bags. He made everyone happy and he loved all the attention from staff. Housekeeping was not standard or up to par, but not all bad. Desk and car park staff were superb. I found the restoration I needed. My husband died in March and I was in Atlanta for the funeral of a best friend. So all the kindness shown to me at NOBU was very much appreciated. I feel grateful for choosing your hotel.

The A/C in the room was loud. The coffe machine wasn’t working and they didn’t change it or fix it although I asked for it daily ( I’ve booked for three nights)

Everything About this Hotel Was Amazing . The Staff is So Attentive. The Smell the Cleanliness of the Hotel . I Only Stayed for One Night so I didnt get to Dine in At the restaurant but I will make sure to do that in the near future at a Location closer to home. Phipps and Lenox mall is literally across the street which was amazing great location great hotel .

Our entire trip was exceptional. From check in to check out we felt like the staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming. We used the hotel car service to drop us off to a couple of destinations and the process was easy and very convienient. We also ate dinner at Nobu our first night at the hotel. Food was exceptional and we loved having a dining option right there at the hotel that was opened late. The rooms were clean and spacious. Very quiet and the entire hotel is scented to perfection. Only feedback is I wish they provided water or atleast water bottle refill stations on each floor. We will certainly be staying again in the near future.

I wish the bartender was more welcoming when I sat down. He was huffing & puffing about a drink ticket that had just been rung in. I had to flag him down for the snack menu.

This was a very nice hotel and my stay was great ! I was welcomed with a warm towel infused with lemongrass oil and tea . My room was clean and the gym was very nice . My only complaint was it somewhat noisy at night

We loved being able to walk to the mall and walk to get dinner. The customer service was great, however we did call to get new cups because our cups in the room were dirty but they never showed up. Everything else was great
