Everything was really nice. I would’ve given it five stars except they require you to use a QR code or pay for parking outside in the parking lot but inside of the hotel they kept telling me it was fine it didn’t matter because it was still stressful to walk out to your car and see what looks like a ticket on it every day stressful.

You need to pay for the parking, to park your car over the night about $12. Staff were very nice and friendly. The room was clean and spacious..

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. I am disappointed that our room was not as clean as I would have liked upon our arrival. I had to wipe down the wardrobe mirror, desk and chair, and the microwave/mini kitchen area as they were either super dusty or stained.

Air conditioning did not work in the room and the thermostat was incorrect. When it was supposedly on 70 degrees, the room was sweltering and much much hotter. The air conditioning did little to change the temperature, only coming on occasionally and temporarily lowering the temperature. The entire family shared a sleepless night because of these conditions.

We always stay at the hyatt for business trips and usally they are accommodating. Today was the last time we would ever spend our money with the company. We had a three night stay at this location and asked to use a meeting room for a zoom call to handle an important business call, the baby we have would be too loud and may distrupt the business call. We were told NO! In the past the hyatt hotels have been more than happy to let this happen. Most of the time the rooms are unoccupied. Tonight we asked and were told no, by one of the front desk managers. We then ask if we can rent the room becuase we needed a private setting for the call she said, no; the rooms are rented weeks in advance. I then proceeded to ask to rent another sleeping room for the call. Then decided it was better for me to check out and do business elsewhere. Needless to say we will sit in the car to take the business call. They definitely need to be more accommodating to loyal guests. Book elsewhere.

The staff were great! Our room was nice and worked for us for one night. I thought was a newer hotel but I definitely noticed a lot of wear. The dog walk area was disgusting. It was basically a dumping ground for all kinds of trash located behind the dumpster on the property. Had to walk my dog off property . The breakfast was pretty good! The room doors are so heavy and slam so hard . That was annoying to hear when we were trying to sleep. The rooms are supposedly "soundproof" but that is not the case. Like I said, it's fine for one night.

After staying in multiple hotels the past 2 years, this one is by far the BEST. I've dealt with rude to extremely rude staff members. I am happy to say every staff member at this location are excellent at customer service.

The hotel halls and windows were very dirty. We have stayed here a couple of times and every time there has been an issue. Window was leaking in heavy rain. Room refrigerator wasn’t working. Now they charge you to park which is insane after you pay to stay there. Will definitely seek other options on our next visit to Alpharetta.

Nice restaurant n the same parking lot. Many dining options just across the road. This was a great property at a terrific price.

The check in process was quick and easy we had our standard Poodle with us and it was great There was an area right in front of parking to let her potty
