Be careful in Athens
With my husband , I had a nice stay in this hotel.
Modern, elegant, in the center of Athens , we had everything near by.
I have however a few points less good to note.
For example, one evening, early before going to dinner, we wanted to have a drink.We asked the bar and they weren't open yet but they told us to have a seat . We statted in the lobby and once we were comfortable ,the barman came to tell us that we need to stay by the bar because the lobby area was for new arrivals of guests.
The lobby was empty. No one was there.
More: the day we arrived,one guest was on his computer and having drinks,in this same area . So their rule isn't logical.
We wanted to do a jacuzzi that I booked with 3 days in advance (as a complementary of our 45 min couple massages )..but once we entered, the water was cold .
We got out and i told the receptionist that isn't normal . After the massage, we came down and waited for 10 min until the spa team remember we had the jacuzzi also booked . They makes us to wait in order "to prepare the jacuzzi" but nothing was ready . The water was cold, the floor wet from the previous guests .
To end the experience ,we had booked a taxi to the airport with the reception, the night before. The reception told us that existed a fix rate that was 48€.
Once we arrive in the airport, the driver tells my husband it is 58€. Hearing that, I confronted him and he wasn't happy,try to maintain the price.
Finally we paied 48€ but he didn't have us receipt.
