« House is cute and in a nice walkable neighborhood. The upstairs of the home (kit, living room, dining) was nice. Owners had a great coffee area set up, only thing was there were not coffee filters, so we didn't get to take advantages of the coffee. « Fine property but several inconveniences. Upstairs shower is very small, not usable for any adult or teenager, so expect to only have one shower. Additionally main shower head is damaged and has a significant leak out the bottom of the head. No kitchen trash bags or paper towels were provided so we had to go buy some. Overall it was good for a weekend stay where we weren't at the house much. »

« Check in was smooth and easy, we had the code the day before sent to us so we were ready to go. All the host asked was for us to let them know when we left. The house was very clean and the furnishings were cute and comfortable. The sheets smelled really clean like they’d just been washed. « My parents live in Carlsbad and we needed a house for all our family who came to visit. The property has a lot of potential and decorated very nicely but it is really in need of some maintenance. « We enjoyed the stay immensely at La Cueva! The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of five. It allowed the kids space to spread out and relax after a long drive to Carlsbad, as well as after some long days visiting both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mtns NPs. « My friend and I spent a week traveling NM and stayed here after visiting Carlsbad caverns. It’s a really cute house, the area felt very safe, and it’s by plenty of food and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area! »

« The property was exactly as advertised and was clean and easy to access. Not a lot of outdoor area but close to several parks/playgrounds so worked great. We stayed here several nights as we visited Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park - we were close enough to visit those easily and in an area where we had easy access to anything we needed. House was clean and everything about check in and out were easy! »

"Chambre spacieuse bien agencée avec bureau, table et 2 fauteuils, un réfrigérateur avec congélateur, micro-onde, machine à café, draps et serviettes de toilette très propres, mais j'ai dû commencer par enlever la poussière et nettoyer le dessus des meubles avant de poser mes affaires. Le sol était très mal lavé et la moquette très mal aspiré. Pour une nuit, c'est correct, mais cette absence de nettoyage, c'est vraiment dommage."
