Not what expected. Ok for a basic hotel but we were looking forward to more amenities this trip. We got a room with a fire place. Fire place did not work. It was a suite with a living room. Tv in living room did not work. Hot tub and pool were out of commission. Ice maker did not work. Breakfast was not as good as other americinns i have stayed at so we chose to go out somewhere our 2nd morning. It was clean and staff were friendly. But not sure whats going on, if there is some kind of change in the works or what

Really unprofessional front desk personnel. They charged us $10 each for having our grandchildren come over and swim for an hour. Needs a major overhaul, lights coming down in breakfast area, carpets old and dirty, hot tub was down and didn’t let us know before hand.

It seems as though the hotel is not aging gracefully...hot tub down, neither ice machines worked, shower leaked, toilet seat didn't fit, two TV remotes weren't working consistently, couldn't use room key to enter other entrance door (closer to our room). Staff was great, room was comfortable and quiet.

The hot tub does not work and looks like it hasn’t worked in a long time. Both ice machines don’t work. Juice machine does not work. Asked for an extra blanket and was told they don’t have extras to give out. I would only give this place a half stair. I would not recommend staying here. They are running this hotel into the ground.

The hot tub was not working and neither was the ice machines. But our room was amazing and we couldn't beat the price. It was a rather pleasant visit overall.

got to our location and it was locked. we did not get any notification ahead of time. something was wrong at the hotel and it was closed. they did find us a different room at a Best Western about 8 miles away and posted that information on the door.

Upon Arrival for check in the hotel was closed due to fire system issues. Thats ok but there was no communication telling us prior to arrival and we were booked into a different hotel.We went to the other location and got into a similar room but although the room was clean and decent the bathroom fan did not work along with the built in usb chargers by the bed. The fireplace was non functional and the tv by the whirlpool tub was missing the remote. the buttons were broken on the side also. The staff was semi helpful but couldnt really do anything about any of it. We also were greeted with Marijuana smoke coming from the vents in the bathrrom from one of our neighboring rooms. overall it was a unplesant experience. the americinn we were supposed to be in was booked on purpose as thats where we got enguaged semi on accident. Bad weather and limited room availability in the area led us there as a last min decision to stay otherwise we have a preffered location we go to but it was not available. She found the ring when we were going through our bags i had just picked it up earlier that day and didnt hide it well enough i guess. so it happened there and we have made that a thing for that weekend since. we book that room and do the same dinner ect. Had we known the room wasnt available and the hotel was closed we would have went to our normal hotel and not done any of the things we did.Very dissapointed.

Aericinn is garbage
Paid $250 for a crap hole super 8 i could have rented for 80. i realize the hotel had an issue. but they never accepted phone calls, never explained what happened, we get there with no choice. Very mad, feel like we were robbed.

We arrived at the hotel only to find out that the hotel was closed and we were not notified of this and we’re told that a reservation was made for us at a different hotel; which was not of my choosing. The super 8 motel they set us up in was dirty and the room smelled. The mirror was never washed from previous guests. I was never given a chance to make my own hotel at a different place I would have never booked a room at a super 8. I will most definitely never stay with this company again.

Room was dingy and smelt like weed. Would’ve been nice to know the hot tub was broken when we booked or before checking in. The whirlpool in the room had stuff floating in it after starting the jets.

No desk service at night
We checked into our and everything was great with check but we didn't go directly to the room until later that evening. We arrived back at 1am to find a family outside trying to check in. We tried letting them in as nobody was answering the phone just to find out our key card didn't work. We were stuck outside for 30 minutes until I kept wiggling my card and finally got it to work. We got in and there still was nobody there working. So then my key wouldn't open the room door. The family still without anyone to check them into their room. I was able to walk behind the desk check cameras and everything in hopes that it would trigger an alarm. Nothing. Finally after wiggling my key card around again for another half hour we finally got in the room. I don't know what happened with that poir family. But anyway if you don't want a place where u will be locked out, don't go here cuz apparently nobody works at 1am.

A Hidden Gem
From check in to check out, everything was amazing. The customer service was top notch, the rooms were clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable. The pool and hot tub are working. I didnt experience breakfast as im not a morming person, but im sure it was up to par. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, Who prefers a hotel on the edge of town with less traffic than downtown. If you enjoy peace and quiet this is the hotel to stay at. The mall is only 8 minutes away roughly, Darboy shopping area is 5 minutes away so location is good and near highway. Be aware they have a 50$ deposit on cards but it was back in my account the day of checkout.

Greenbay Packer Game Trip
Ideal location for our family trip. Stayed at this same hotel last year this time. It’s a nice distance from our final destination
