expérience mitigée
très belle hôtel au niveau de l’architecture, la chambre était tés bien , propre avec tous le nécessaire dans la salle de bains ( brosse a dent , gant de toilette …) .Au niveau du service , les équipements n’était pas à l’hauteur de ce qu’on attends d’un 5 étoiles . Personnel limité, personne ne viens prendre la commande pour un verre . de plus déçu du spa qui ferme très tôt , 18h40 hamam compris et en en supplément, piscine intérieur fermé . les horaires de la piscine extérieur pas adapté. Attention à ne pas manger après 21h30 , le choix est très très limité .

Top pour la famille. Beaucoup d’activités pour les enfants et pour les adultes aussi. Divertissement assuré pour tout le monde! Spectacles tous les soirs de qualité. Rien a dire, l’hotel met les moyens pour satisfaire tout le monde. Des animateurs aux femmes de menages sans oublier les serveurs des restaurants, tout le monde s’active pour satisfaire les touristes. Infrastructures tres correctes et bien organisées. Quelques point négatifs tout de même : c’est l’usine à touristes. Trop de monde partout et tout le temps (mois d’Aout). Chambres mal insonorisées. Les boutiques de l’hotel abusent clairement les prix. Un autre problème indépendant de l’hotel: certains touristes sont pas ou mal éduqués : entre le gâchis de nourriture désolant au buffet et les cris dans les couloirs à 3h du matin, il n’y a pas de respect. L’hotel n’y est pour rien: malgré le standing de l’hôtel, l’éducation et le respect ne s’achète pas.

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star. They recycle and serve the same food over and over, and the hygiene around the pool and beach is non existent. Apart from the hotel lobby, the tower and rooms, nothing is really worth the price we’ve paid. We won’t stay again!

Tres bon hotel superbe infrastructures. toboggans piscines salle d'arcades spectacles au top. Nourriture variés et bonne. Merci a la femme de chambre qui a nettoyer la chambre 4304 pendant tout le sejour parfaitement. Dommage qu'ils n'y est pas de rue commerçante a la sorties de l'hôtel pour ce promené le soir. Plage moyenne.

A l'arrivée, la personne à l'accueil s'est trompé sur mon nom et quand je lui ai fait remarqué n'a pas dénié prendre 2 minutes pour le modifier dans le système. Elle m'a juste dit ce n'était pas important! Ce que je trouve déplacé et trés peu professionnel. J'ai fait la remarque au moment du check out mais ça a fait rire la personne donc je ne trouve pas que le personnel soit particulièrement professionnel. Sinon, concernant l'infrastructure et la formule all inclusive: l'hôtel est correct, plutôt agréable, beau et très grand. Le restaurant propose du choix mais c'est le même tous les jours sauf un soir par semaine où ils proposent un menu turc. La patisserie n'est ouverte que 3 heures l'après-midi et sinon vous avez des snacks disponibles au niveau de la plage. Ils ne proposent que des chambres familiales (pas moins de 3 lits). Les chambres sont petites et les salles de bains également trés petites toutefois elles sont propres. Les piscines sont assez grandes et plusieurs activités sont proposées. Concernant la plage, on y a accès directement dans l'hôtel mais l'espace dédié à l'hôtel n'est vraiment pas aménagé de manière "agréable", il y a des parasols fixes tout le long donc presque impossible de bronzer si vous le souhaitez de plus l'aménagement n'est pas pratique pour avoir accès à la mer. Globalement, le séjour s'est quand même bien passé mais peut mieux faire.

Mes remarques vont à Hotels.com, les avantages Gold VIP ne sont pas appliquées. Ni de surclassement alors que l'hôtel est remplie a peine au quart et à 12H ont vous fiche à la porte sans respecter le départ tardif prévue. Avec 2 enfants de bas âges c'est pas sport de votre part. Accordez vos violons ! Sinon le repas est médiocre, l'hôtel vieillissant mais les soirées organisées ici sont au top.

Le site est immense, nous avons passé 4 nuits / 5 jours très occupés sans sortir du resort....les animations sont marrantes meme si ce n'etait pas notre trip a priori, les differentes activités sont prenantes, l'hotel est beau (c'est le seul qui a su garder un coté typique dans les environs) et tres propre avec un service de nettoyage impeccable. Le seul point négatif est la clientèle qui est majoritairement russe...ce n'est pas un problème en soi mais du coup le personnel parle très peu anglais, les boissons prisées ailleurs sont inconnues (caipirinha...), le buffet gargantuesque est fait pour leur plaire etc...Bref, c'est un minimum de parler anglais et encore 😀

Hôtel construit autour d'une superbe piscine (il y en a plusieurs en fait). Beaucoup de personnels pas toujours sympathiques. Batiments, imitation Topkapi, bien réussis. Buffets pas à la hauteur de la classe de l'hôtel. Plage aménagée et nettoyée tous les jours mais mer peu propre (quand on y était). Des activités non payantes pouvant être intéressantes (parachutisme ascensionnel). Les taxis sont chers et essayent régulièrement le coup du compteur oublié ou qui ne marche pas !! Être ferme dés le départ !! Je ne pensais plus que cela était encore possible (j'habite Istanbul). En résumé: vous êtes fatigués et vous cherchez un lieu pour vous reposer, cet hôtel est fait pour vous mais après 5 j, on est lassé !! Bon séjour.

What a Great stay! We got a great deal with expedia booking online and when we arrived we were told we also had a free room upgrade, which was a lovely bonus! we were greated with champagne and a few treats at the door and then given all the information we needed for our stay by two very helpful women Laura and Ebru It was a very beautiful hotel with many great facillities, great bars, an amazing private beach and loads of pools! It had a great variety of food at meal times, very well presented with lots of seating available, the staff were very friendly and accomodating providing drinks on request and cleaning up very efficiently. Great place!

We stayed 4 nights at Swandor Hotel & Resort Topkapi Pałace. We enjoyed our vacation there but we were little bit disappointed that in la carte restaurants there is additional charge for dining options. In all inclusive resort everything suppose to be included in the price and quests need to know about it. We like night shows & live music very much, so entertaining was amused. The most memorable experience in dining area was dinner in Kebab House( Hürrem Restaurant) where dining service was really good. We love Turkish hospitality and especially Ruken ( waitress)& Mazhar ( waiter) were the most likable people in entire resort. They were always smiling and greeting us with outgoing personality. Overall, we had a pleasant holiday with my husband. It is a welcoming family resort with narrow access to private beach area.

The resort is fairly average, it is a decent size but could do with more of its staff speaking English. The taxi ordering is a bit farcical. Restaurants are decent but could do with being open longer. We had a medical emergency, someone turned up around 20 min's after; was ridiculous. We did receive some positive experiences from members of staff, so it wasn't all dire. We asked for our rooms to be close together, and had to change rooms on the second day; due to the hotel not actioning our previous request - sigh. However, for an average stay would recommend this resort; would give it a 6 out of 10.

The resort was a decent size, fairly clean and had a nice atmosphere. However, the amount of staff that were unable to speak English was shocking, also not all staff were courteous and we had a medical emergency - but the response time was unacceptable.

Wish I could say better things - I had to ask for an iron & board 3 times, asked for a alcohol free drink he put alcohol in it - lucky I always observe & he was really dismissive about it when I said no alcohol as if I’m a inconvenience! Some staff are just rude and entitled they really ruin it for the hardworking ones - made me pay for a glass that broke in the room when they admitted it wasn’t my fault (£90) They really need to work on their customer service in Turkey in general. Overall my little boy enjoyed it hence the 3 stars
