We would like to inform you that your satisfaction you have expressed here has been shared with the relevant departments and senior management. In particular, your satisfaction with the service of our teammates has been shared with our entire team. The comments of our valued guests are our most important source of motivation in this sector in which we work passionately. Dear guest, there is a sufficient number of staff in our hotel and they provide service focused on guest satisfaction. The spa center has certain opening and closing hours and provides service only during those hours. This system has certain working hours in our hotel, as in every hotel. Our indoor pool only serves our guests in the winter concept and is closed in the summer. Our Divan Restaurant is open throughout the night and has a sufficient variety of food. We would like to remind you that this service is not available in most hotels.
