They help us understand your expectations and improve ourselves to serve you better. It is a pleasure for us to read that you enjoyed our varaity and Aqualand facilities. What is conserned to your comment about drinks at the dinner, we would like to clarify that our hotel is a city hotel and we apply room only, bed and breakfast or halfboard system, according to the half board concept, drinks, except water, are charged separately. We are very sad that you found our hotel old because at the facilities such as SU Hotel, which are open for 12 months, places that need repair and renovation are always observe. And as a result of this observation repair and refurbishment operations are planning. Renovation work in this direction continues every winter in our hotel. We transmitted your comment with our Management team and you may be assured that we will be work on it. If you had shared with us this upon your stay in hotel, perhaps we could have had a chance to change you room with renovated one and make your stay with us more comfortable. However, we would like to clarify the issues you have mentioned in order to give a equitable information to our potential guests.You booked a room for 2 adult, 1 child and 1 free child. By the arrival, you were given a room with 3 beds, as many of our guests prefer to sleep in one bed with small kids. After you informed us about your dissatisfaction you were given a second room WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGE. So, you had got two room with totally six beds. Next morning you came to the reception and complain that you had to sleep in separate rooms with your partner due to kids can not sleep separate from you. Also, you complained that you were not allowed to get to the breakfast without payment. We checked your reservation and find out that you booking was Room Only. We advised you to get in touch with Expedia and check is there any misunderstanding but you refused it. You were shown a room and after you accept to stay there, room change was done. Of course, the hotel is not new. But we constantly monitor the technical and aesthetic condition of the hotel and, as necessary, restoration work is carried out both in the territory and in the building itself. The design of our hotel is different from other hotels. Our hotel was built by Eren Talu, he used white, red colors, simple lines and cubical forms to create a unique and unforgettable design of our hotel.
