This was my first time seeing spending the night in Annapolis, MD and I had no experience with this establishment but I trusted my gut and i’m glad I did. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We experienced the three (3) different Inns. The proximity to the shops, air show and pier were minutes away!

NO breakfast, no desk clerk at two of the historic inns, no kiosks selling snacks and personal items you may need. Nice place, unbeatable location, staff is nice. But management is obviously VERY cheap.

The Alexandrian Hotel is easy to access and perfectly located for a short stroll to all the Alexandria waterfront activities (marina, museums, water taxi stand) and the many restaurants, museums, galleries on King Street. The staff were personable and helpful. The room was gracious and clean. The beds and bathroom were adequate. I would definitely stay there again.

Plan on using valet parking - public parking is difficult to find and almost as much as valet. Disappointed that there was only one accessible outlet in the room - wondered why coffee bar shared the bedside table. Only one regular coffee cup for machine. Other than those minor inconveniences, this is a good experience. First visit to Annapolis - will better prepare next time.

The location was excellent, the room wss very nice bit was decorated in a fashion that was too modern give the name of the hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient but said they would send an Anniversary present to our room but it never arrived. The facility was good but the elevator was too old.

Property is historic and beautifully appointed. But, the shower turn on valve was broken and I was unable to shower on Monday morning before my husband’s funeral. It was very inconvenient.

The information listed for the property is inaccurate. The lodging where we were booked is not where you check in or valet park at. There was an event happening in town so there was absolutely no street parking available. When asked about valet parking, was told they could park our car where we checked in at, but we would have to do a 10 minute walk accross town dragging all our luggage to the lodge where we would stay. I then asked if we could change our lodging accommodations to stay in same the lodge where the valet parking was. When all was said and done, we ended up paying $432, double the initial quoted booking cost of $180. We ended stay at the governor lodge and had an view of the capital wrapped in plastic under renovation construction. Certainly not a $432 room.

Unfortunately, we were just there for one night (we were passing through on our way to another spot) and wish we had spent more time. The Inn, the city, all were lovely and quite charming. The staff was so friendly and helpful. An absolute pleasure. We will be back.

This property is in the perfect spot. It's close to all of the shops and restaurants, and right in the middle of everywhere you would want to be while staying in Annapolis. The room was very cozy, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel was easy to find, and where it is makes it convenient to go back and forth all day. I was able to get a raincoat and umbrella once it started to rain, and then drop it all back off to my room when the sun came out a few hours later. Literally just steps away from some of the nicest stores, art galleries and restaurants.

They gave us an amazing room with a balcony overlooking the state house. Everything was clean and convenient walking to local bars and restaurants. Nice touches like free coffee in the lobby and citrus ice water were great too. Details! Will return for sure.

Tomas, I am really confused -- we do have a bar and although we do not have a restaurant there are about 40 in a 4-block radius (two wonderful restaurants directly next door) We do not have a breakfast or a lunch/dinner package online so I am unclear what you are referring too about being reimbursed.
