It is very close to Ancient Olympia, but even if you just want a nice place to enjoy rural Greece, House Olympia is a perfect spot. There is a full kitchen, very comfortable bed, very comfortable living room and formal dining area in addition to the kitchen breakfast area. Aggeliki is a warm and lovely host and a font of information about Ancient Olympia and the area. I cannot recommend this...

« Notre séjour a été vraiment parfait. La maison est un havre de paix. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la vue. Nous avons aussi beaucoup visité. Les restaurants, la plage et les autres recommandations que le propriétaire a données étaient impeccables à chaque fois. Le seul regret est que nous n'ayons pas vu les tortues. Il faudra qu’on revienne. La responsable sur place est charmante. Tout est fait pour notre bien-être. Je recommande à 100% cette maison également pour visiter le Péloponnèse....

The parking space was a welcomed bonus! From Dimitsana we did a day trip to Olympia and took advantage of the local hiking and historical sites just outside the village. « We had overall a really nice stay with our family. The pool and terras is super. It was mentioned that a family of 5 was no problem. Sleeping on the couch (not a couch-bed!) however for the 5th person was not clearly mentioned in advance. Anyway we were glad to get an extra folding bed after negotiating. The poor knowledge of the English language of the young ladies as local host was a (small) difficulty. »

« If your planning to visit the Péloponnèse you can’t go wrong with this house! Up in the mountain at the end of endless small winding road you will find that little paradise. The house is just amazing, it has everything you need and a lot more! The pool, the rooms, the huge dining place and the master bedroom on the second floor are jaw dropping. « Wir haben unsere Zeit dort genossen. Der Blick auf das Meer über die Olivenbäume ist wunderschön. An den Sonnenuntergängen konnten wir uns nicht satt sehen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter sind herzlich. Wir können das Package aus Haus und Vermieter nur empfehlen und werden noch lange an die Zeit denken. »
