Great place to get settled when arriving in town. Lots of shops and restaurants walking distance. Bus stop to downtown right on the corner. Great breakfast, nice and clean room, would definitely recommend. It's in the heart of a busy commercial area, so don't expect to be in the wilderness or walking distance to hikes. Personnel was really helpful and nice.

Great for a place to stay before leaving for the airport the next day. Clean, friendly staff, great bathtub in the king size room. Breakfast was fine. No complaints.

The room are spacious, the desk and housekeeping staff are friendly. The shuttle ride is very comfortable. The breakfast option needs work. The juise was watery, the french toast was and turkey sausage was hard to chew. You need non dairy creamer option fir coffee.

The staff were friendly and the location was very convenient with a Walmart next door and plenty of food and shopping options. My only complaint was that no one ever came to clean our room. We stayed for 4 days and our trash was never emptied. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The beds were never made and the room not cleaned the entire time we were there. We left everyday so there was plenty of opportunity. I saw the maid service cleaning other rooms but my room and my daughter’s room were never handled. Quite disappointing.

I got the room for our anniversary. She manager charged us an extra $100 for a room with jetted tub as per request. Got to the room & there was patches in the tub. Turned on the jets, apparently the maids don't sanitize and clean them properly. The tv remote didnt work properly. There was someone in the halls yelling to call the police on someone. It was a rough night. But we made it through. Hopefully the hotel acknowledges these reviews and does some work. Thank you for our stay of course.

Big rooms with high ceilings, deep luxurious tub, great location, stellar service and professionalism, free breakfast and a good price for what you get. If you're making a trip to Anchorage and this place is within your price range, book it! It's a great hotel.

Quite simply the best hotel I've ever visited. The continental breakfast, excellent customer service, and convenient location are unparalleled. There are dozens of hotels in the Anchorage area but the only one in which I'll ever want to stay is located at 700 E Dimond Boulevard

The staff are wonderful with good customer service. The problem I experienced with this stay is bites on my arm. It may have been bed bugs.
