Our driver was friendly. Overall the facility and blood stained sheets is why we have this hotel its ratings. Also, how can you have guest on the third floor with no elevator for their luggage. Outside the hotel was many homeless encampments.

I did not stay here and wasted the money for 3 rooms. Driving up it was disgusting with windows missing and extremely dirty. I didn’t even want to go in. I am very disappointed that Expedia even offers this as an option. I could not get my money back.

This is the worst Hotel stay I have experienced in over 30 years of traveling. The attached building was closed to a fire, it was a sewage smell when walked into the building, the carpet in the common areas is filthy, no elevator , and it felt unsafe . This property needs to be removed from the Expedia program list because it seems to be a property that is in serious need of cleaning and updating.

Upon arrival at the hotel saw that there had bn a fire and the main building was due to be demolished. The fire was three years ago The hotel is very tired and needs a total remake or needs to be demolished longvwith the main building. I took photos and videos

I booked this hotel online. I was coming into town for an emergency to see my father in the hospital. I contacted the hotel and let them know I would be checking in late because of my flight. When I pulled up to the hotel at 1 o’clock in the morning, I had to drive around to the back. The whole front of the hotel looks like a burned up building missing windows, etc. When I drive around to the back, it’s very dark. There’s Three lights on the outside of the building that were flickering likely were about ready to burn out. It looked dirty, dark, not lit up. It looks scary. It took about five minutes to figure out where the door was to check in. Which ended up being not well lit and I would have to walk through dark areas of parked vehicles and a shuttle van to get to it. Parked right up next to the wall where the reception window was. There was a guy walking around outside smoking a cigarette that appeared from the shadow between the van and a truck. It looks very scary. I was with my mother who refused to stay there. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The picture in the ad looked absolutely nothing like the hotel. When I called the next day to get a refund The person told me the reason the hotel looked like that is because they had a fire three years ago. So the hotel had not been repaired. It seriously looked like a scary seedy motel in a bad movie. They told me I would have to contact Expedia to get the refund. I have not gotten my refund.

Basic room, not the size I asked for. Bathroom door couldn’t close all the way. An overhead light was out. I was next to a stairwell and outside door with a lot of noise past 1 am and a drunken party in the room above. Next to McDonalds and across the street from Wendy’s. Bus stop nearby. Airport shuttle leaves hourly.

The main hotel is in shambles and windows were boarded up. Around back is the temporary hotel, really messy and tiny temporary office. Half of light bulbs were burned out, lots of patches on the walls, balcony door wouldn't lock.

I would have given a negative score to this hotel. It is the worst ever hotel I have stayed in my entire life. The staff are rude and indifferent. There is no lift to carry heavy luggage to the upper floors where we stayed. No porter service either. There was no room service nor coffee maker in the room, even though it was listed in the amenities. The beds felt soggy and damp. The room was dirty. The bathroom sink did not drain and despite informing about it to the front desk, they did not take care of it for over 24 hours. The free breakfast was a joke, we preferred eating outside. The parking was shady and very limited to maneuver a compact car even. The stay overall was horrible and the management seemed indifferent about it.

The pictures were completely misleading. This place is beyond run down. The bathroom door wouldnt even close because the hinges were coming off the wall abs door. The door looked as if it had been kicked in and not repaired. Missing covers over outlets. Bare drywall from giant holes in the wall, shoe boxes used to level the table, and what looked to be a bullet hole in the ceiling with a paper towle shoved in it. Also nothing to secure the sliding door so not much stopping somone from easily getting up to the second floor balcony and breaking in. Needless to say we didnt spend the night. I dont think we made it a full hour before we checked into the puffin right next door.

The business burned 2 years ago and it has had no repairs done to the burned area. Discusting dirty, stinks. Should not be open for business. No option to go elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!

The room was covered in dog hair and was extremely dirty, the door had a crack in it so you could hear everything in the halls, sheets were gross too. When I asked about moving rooms the front desk person said they wouldn’t bc the room was thru Expedia and refused to refund. I will never use Expedia again if this is not fully refunded, this was absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

This was the worse stay ive every been to. The halls smells terrible, lock in the front door was questionable. I close the door without thinking much about it, took a shower, try to get out and the door not opening, had my brother to card shimmey the door open and notice the door was broken amd had to use the bathroom with the door slightly open just to not get stuck in. And the upstairs was loud no body did anything about it. Never coming back here again.

The building is in terrible condition after a fire 2 years ago ! It was not mentioned on your page. There is a noise and construction work is ongoing till the evening. There should not be hotel rooms renting in such building. The office is in disarray, dirty and messy and that's where the coffee / tea is served. It is an airport hotel but there is not dedicated luggage room for after check out, we were offered to leave our suitcases in the "office". I think it was safer to leave them in front of the hotel. We were planing to spend a few hours in the city, but rather spent them at the airport. We use Expedia services for more than 20 years and this was the worst experience we ever had with you and any other competitor company.

The building on the ad looks to have burned down and the property in use is old and not well upkept. Reception area was an old room, very dirty and cluttered. While waiting to check in, witnessed the owner and previous patron yelling at each other for 5 minutes. Hallways very loud all all night with people coming and going. Yelling/fighting from rooms above and beside until 4am. Bed was very worn out. Gum on the floor and holes in the celling. No coffee or even a cup provided. No towels in the room. Airport shuttle driver in old beat-up van, did not say much or even confirm who I was. No breakfast provided as advertised.

Yes, we have two separate buildings and we are in operating the hotel with 61 units building since 42 units building bunt down.

1/2 of the hotel is boarded up from a fire. They didn't have the room that I had reserved. The parking lot didn't have any of the snow removed. It was difficult to navigate around the lot and it seemed quite sketchy. The part of the building still open is in desperate need of repairs. I could see construction materials around so I think repairs are happening. The room was clean.

Yes, the front building bunt down, but we accommodate our guests in 60 units building where the building is fine.

Evidently part of the hotel burned in a fire. The office is a make shift office, all the staff are really nice. The first room we got there was no heat. -17 degrees, so They were great about moving us. Second room the hot water in the shower didn't work and the TV didn't work. We sponge bathed since we only stayed two nights. Price reflected the hotel. Won't stay here again, but the staff were all really nice considering the conditions.

There was hair and some other type of solids (dirt, small pebbles) all over the bed sheets. I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter with all my clothes on. It was very noisy and you could hear loud tvs and music though the wall. Spend a few extra dollars and go down the road to the Lakefront Hotel.
