Hôtel vieillot pas du tout comme sur les photos de publicité le sonna ne fonctionnait pas la salle de muscu était vieillot.....la réception pareil pas très accueillant endirai qu’ils voulaient vite se débarrasser de toi bref décevant pour le prix que l’on a payer je ne recommanderai pas du tout cette hôtel 😠😤

The bathroom was dirty with heaven knows what on the walls & baseboards. The tiles were coming off in the bathroom as well as the shower faucet. The grout looked moldy. The room smelled very musty. None of the electrical outlets in the room worked except in the bathroom so I had to charge my electronics in there overnight.I expected more for Anaheim Hills which is a more affluent community.

Toilet would not fully flush. Half of the lights were non functioning. We had a room for 6 (3 queen beds) and only received 2 towels. No shampoo provided. Microwave tripped circuit. Could not use. We slept and got out

The room needs some fixing. From the second balcony, I saw a male going through the trash bin for more than 1/2 hour or so.

Is convenient & food readily available. At 4pm room was still not cleaned. However, only two very scratchy bath towels, one tiny bar of soap, has fridge & microwave stuffed in a spot it shouldn't be. Coffee I lost my glasses & couldn’t find a number to call & ask. A friend found a number, thy said they'd check with housekeeping. Never called back.

This was terrible, I don’t even know where to begin. The room smelt of cigarette smoke. It was dirty. The area is definitely not safe with how much foot traffic and screaming and yelling occurred in the 15mins I was there. We didn’t stay any longer . We felt unsafe and unsanitary.

Don’t stay if female solo
The man at check in was nice, but the property is very sketchy. Only 2 outlets in the whole room worked, no hair dryer, no breakfast, the pool wasn’t clean, tons of people just loitering around the property. If you’re a solo female, find somewhere else.

The area around the motel is pretty nice and quiet. However, this Motel 6 is a neighborhood unto itself and it is a slum. As a smoker, I was glad they had smoking rooms. I spend my first night in a non-smoking room, then I was put into a smoking room. Well the non-smoking room had an ash tray in it, while the smoking room did. There was yelling in the parking lot between 2 or 3 individuals at 3 am, which left my dog acting "spooked" the next morning. The price is OK, the neighborhood is OK, but the motel, itself, has some undesirable street people living there short and long term. I don't know where they came from, but this Motel 6 is a "slum within a nice neighborhood..."

When I arrived they gave me a room with dirty sheets. There was a weird odor in the sheets. I requested sheets to be changed next day on the beds. And it was and they cleaned the room well. I booked this hotel due to hot tub. When I asked I was told it was not working. So yes, I was disappointed. But front desk they are very friendly. What I requested, they addressed right away.

Very convenient for us. The bed was nice and firm. And the air conditioning was great. On the other hand, there was no shampoo or blow dryer, vey skimpy towels, no cable on tv. This is a rundown,gloomy place.
