Bien mais avec un (sérieux) bémol
L'hôtel est très bien placé et globalement confortable, mais il y a eu un jour où notre chambre n'a pas été faite. Après nos réclamations (et seulement après), on nous a dit qu'effectivement, il y avait eu un souci; nous n'avons jamais su lequel et notre chambre n'a été faite que le lendemain. Nous n'avons rien reçu en compensation, pas même des excuses pour le désagrément. Inadmissible pour un hôtel à ce prix.

Petit Déjeuner remarquable !!!
Hôtel très bien placé. Chambres très propres et personnel très agréable. Seules les chambres ( certaines je pense ) ne sont plus d'actualité avec une décoration plutôt vieillotte et aucune prise à la tête de lit. L’hôtel reste très agréable et le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel en qualité et en service (à table). C'est d'autant plus remarquable dans le contexte Covid où les autres hôtels sont en service minimum ( et qualité minimum) pour le petit déjeuné.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de beaucoup d’endroits de promenade, de restaurants et de commerces. L’hotel est aussi très bien desservi par les transports publics. Réservez un autre hôtel!
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est le seul point positif. Il est vraiment au centre. Par contre le service était pas top! Ils étaient limite désagréables. Le soir on voulait aller dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel et bien qu’il y avait beaucoup de tables de libres, ils ont dit que tout était réservé. Ce qui était faux vu qu’on est passé plus tard et tout était aussi vide. On était finalement content de ne pas avoir dîné là, parce qu’en passant par là quelques heures après on a vu une souris passer. Sincèrement l’hôtel n’en vaut pas la peine, et c’est cher pour ce que c’est.

Such a beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel room had everything I could have wanted and more. I would definitely return for another stay. Very close to Dam Square, Zara, Boat Tours, TK Maxx and they even have a Primark nearby.

Hotel is located in the center which is walking distance to the metro and tram is easily accessible. Staff is helpful given my room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 4pm and he helped to identify another room that’s reserved for another customer at the same room type I booked as hotel was fully booked. Yet, I think hotel housekeeping should ensure rooms are ready by 4pm which is way passed the official check in time. As for the room, I discovered the toiletries is opened and wasn’t replaced at the toilet. AC isn’t strong enough even when I turned to the lowest. Have shared these feedback at the time when I checked out for hotel staff to look into it as I only stayed for a night and didn’t have time to reflect that during my stay.

The hotel was ok. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and it was super hot. They need fans in the room or more air circulation. Location was great and it was clean. The bathtub is a death trap. All of us almost fell getting in and out of them.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel right on Dam Square, and I can't recommend it enough! Its central location made it incredibly easy to walk to all the major tourist attractions, which was a major convenience. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service at the reception. The staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist and guide, no matter the time of day. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Amsterdam—you won't be disappointed!

Property was fine , rooms were clean and comfortable and hotel staff very pleasant. The hotel staff only informed us upon arrival that an event was happening outside the hotel on our only full day in Amsterdam and we would not be able to leave or enter the hotel for 6 hrs which was a huge shock and ultimately spoiled that day as we had to change the plans we had. I feel guests should be compensated for this as once we arrived at the hotel there was little choice other than to put up with this.
