Points positifs : - Hotel bien placé - Chambres spacieuses et confortables Points négatifs : - 70€ le parking - pas sur d’avoir une place de parking alors qu’il est presque impossible de se garer ailleurs - le service de chambre ne change pas les draps - la salle de sport est impraticable car les machines sont cassées (même pour le cardio) - la piscine et le jacuzzi sont froids et trop petit - l’une des deux cabines de sauna ne marche pas et l’autre est trop petit - pas assez de chaises longues

Chambre très spacieuse, literie confortable. Le personnel est aimable et serviable mais ne parle pas français, il faut s exprimer en anglais. La piscine est un réel atout, l eau y est chaude, on ne peine pas à se jeter à l eau. lLes horaires d ouverture sont appreciables et permettent de bien en profiter après une journée de visite : de 7h à 23h. Un jacuzzi, une salle de sport bien équipée, un hammam, et 3 saunas avec temperatures differentes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le prix est élevé mais globalement justifié.

La chambre etait exigu aucune vue sur l'exterieur Morceau de la douche tombe tuyauterie ce decroche Vue sur la cour intererieur et fenêtre minuscule Vue sur les tuyaux et les escalier de secours Ventilation bruyante Meuble vieux et instable Raccord de papier peint mal fini Je pense que ma chambre la 221 N'etait pas une chambre " deluxe a 700€ les 3 nuits Voila Donc objectivement pour moi j'ai passer un tres mauvais sejour dans cet hotel J'avais aussi payer le parking Et ma voiture a certainement passer un meilleur sejour que moi vue la taille du parking cote neuf de l 'établissement Un ami dans l ´hotel avait lui une chambre deluxe reserver egalelent sur votre site A la meme periode Nous etions en meme temps'dans l ´hotel Et elle etait 4 fois plus grande avec des baie vitrer et une vue sur les canaux Vraiment il y a eu tromperie et je vais faire un commentaire des plus precis sur leur site et ggogle des ce soir Il on fait mine de ne pas comprendre lors de mes plaintes Je ne sais pas comment l ´interpreter C'est inacceptable our un 5 etoiles

Très bel hôtel et très bien situé. Cependant il était noté qu’à cet hôtel on parlait français et bien ce n’est pas du tout le cas!!! Côté propreté de la chambre c’est à revoir!!!!!!! Dommage pour un si bel hôtel à 5 étoiles que le ménage ne soit pas fait un minimum dans la chambre et la salle de bain!!!!!!!!!!

Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits. L'hôtel est très joli (boiseries...) mais nous avons été déçu du service. Nous y étions bien mais quelques détails nous ont déçu... Point positifs : accès gratuit Piscine, sauna, hammam et bain à remous. Propre, très bien équipé, soin et massage. Horaire large (de 7h à 23h) Très bien placé dans la ville. Mini bar gratuit Personnel souriant et agréable. Points négatifs : Beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre, le réassort des produits de douche et linge de toilette n'est pas souvent bien fait. 1h pour être livré du room service, et oublie de la moitié de la commande, sans compensation. Notre téléphone ne fonctionnait pas pour le room service, obligé d'aller en bas à chaque fois, personne n'a proposé de réparer le téléphone. Le petit déjeuner est cher (26 euros) par rapport à ce qu'il propose.

Lamentable. Dysfonctionne à tous les niveaux. Ni les étoiles ni le prix ne sont justifiés Réservé une chambre Luxe (3 nuits : 1047€ = chambre, pt-déj, sans les taxes). Nous découvrons que l'hôtel est en travaux "ça n'a pas d'incidence sur votre séjour" (!?) Notre chambre : niveau -1, sombre, à côté de la buanderie, des draps sales plein le couloir ! Nous refusons évidemment. L'hôtesse nous envoie vers la responsable qui nous fait patienter ..., puis nous dit avec un sourire de circonstance que c'est une chambre Luxe. Devant notre insistance elle nous propose un surclassement payant ! Nous sommes très mécontents mais la responsable maintient que le surclassement ne peut qu'être payant, insistant sur l'effort commercial qu'elle fait. On nous montre cette grande chambre au premier étage et puis une autre très bruyante au rez-de chaussée sur la rue. De guerre lasse au bout de 40 minutes, nous prenons la grande chambre du premier. Il fait chaud ; la clim ne fonctionne pas. Lever deux fois par nuit pour aérer. La rue est bruyante. Après l’avoir fait remarquer chaque jour, l'hôtesse finit par nous dire tout bas qu’il n’y a pas d’air conditionné : simple ventilation. Le thermostat est décoratif. Etc… exemples : Deux cintres, point. Demande répétée : 3 cintres de plus au bout de 24h. Demander son petit-déjeuner en chambre est un parcours d’obstacles au résultat aléatoire. En salle, le petit-déj ferme à 10h précises. Il y a un fer à repasser, bien … qui ne fonctionne pas

I regret to hear that you were disappointed by the temporary restoration done on the outside of our building. We aim to maintain and restore our monumental building to its original glory, yet we sympathize that the temporary tarps obstructing some of the views could be disappointing. I also regret to hear that you were not comfortable in the room allocated to you. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed by the fact that our hotel does not have airconditioning. Because our hotel is located in a monumental building we are unfortunately not allowed by the government to make great evasive changes such as installing a central airconditioning system. What we do have is a climate control system which circulates and refreshes the air but does not cool it. In the case that our guests experience discomfort because of the temperature in their room, we offer standing fans upon request. I also regret to hear about the substandard service your received during your stay with us, both in handling complaints as well as the request for hangers. I will take this up with the Front Desk Manager to ensure this does not happen again. We hope that you will consider giving us a second chance to redeem ourselves from this experience and prove that we are able to provide our guests with the 5 star experience that so many have grown fond of throughout the years. Three blocks away from the train station. The hotel looks unusual on the outside and is like a maze. Rooms are huge with high ceilings. They have a small fridge and Nespresso coffee maker.

Amazing wellness center with warm pool with lights, 4 saunas, jacuzzi (jets a little cold) and great work out equipment. Amazing cod at the restaurant and I’m not a huge cod fan.

Being the old shipping house, this hotel has an usual layout. Very nice restaurant and bar (food was very good) and the staff were all wonderful. Wendy and Vasiliki at the front desk and Dale and Bowie at the bar, who managed things very well when it was super busy. A few of the canal from my room was a bonus and it's a very short walk to central station.

We were in a room that was way too hot and no way to cool it down. They opened the old windows but with heavy curtains no air came in. I'd curtains were open- it was bright light and incoming views from other rooms. The hotel is a maze and I'm seriously glad there wasn't a fire- would have never gotten out.

loved the old building and charm it had many really good employee's Mabinci really stood out in the restaurant and how great she was with my 4y old. there were some cleanliness issues with the tub and electrical problems with the curtains. If you want to charge your phone or run a sound machine you cannot just unplug your room it takes all electricity off.
