Personnel accueillant et sympathique! Le petit-déjeuner vraiment bon et les employés très dévoués! Beaucoup de contrôles qualité par des employés vraiment très impressionnant! Nous avions deja été à cette établissement mais je pense que l établissements se surpasse par la qualité des employés! Bravo au management!

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Bel établissement idéalement situé. Malheureusement très bruyant car en ville et la ville d’Amsterdam l’est. Pas de recouche le soir alors que c’est un 5*. Accepte les animaux néanmoins rien d’installer particulièrement dans la chambre. En résumé: un très joli hôtel, plus que bien placé à côté du quartier Red Light, avec un bon rapport qualité pris mais plus un 4*+ qu’un 5.

Excellent souvenir de voyage!
J'avais choisi cet hotel pour mon sejour a Amsterdam et je n'ai pas ete decue! Je pouvais revenir a l'hotel pour un petit repit et repartir de plus belle explorer cette magnifique ville. Le personnel est souriant, courtois et tres avenant, toujours pret a repondre a mes interrogations. La proprete est impeccable.

Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre Premium grande et calme. Tout le personnel sans exception est d'une gentillesse et d'un très grand professionnalisme que se soit celui de la réception, du petit déjeuner sans oublier le personnel de nettoyage. Le petit déjeuner est plus que copieux avec des aliments de bonne qualité. Et que dire de la salle du petit déjeuner : Magnifique !!! Hôtel à conseiller et un tout grand merci à toute l'équipe du NH.

Parfait !
Nous avons passé 4 jours en famille à Amsterdam. Nous avons choisi le NH Grand Hotel pour son emplacement mais également suite aux nombreux commentaires élogieux. Nous confirmons à notre tour que l’hôtel est exceptionnel. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est top !

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel on est directement aller à la réception pour la chambre. Personne ne porte nos bagages jusqu’à à la chambre ( hôtel 5 étoiles ). La chambre était très loin du centre de l’hôtel. La chambre étais insipide et triste. Grand lit mais pas confortable et tout tout petits oreillers ridicule. Et le pire de tout c’est l’odeur de la penderie qui infecté toute la chambre comme une odeur d’humidité ou de vieille chaussette. Donc pour un hôtel 5 étoiles très très déçu et je ne pense pas revenir dans cet hôtel ...

Nous regrettons sincèrement de connaître votre expérience avec l'odeur dans la pièce. Comme nous visons à fournir à nos clients rien de moins qu'un service cinq étoiles, nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que nous n'avions pas atteint cet objectif à l'époque. J'en ai discuté immédiatement avec notre équipe de gestion. En ce qui concerne votre commentaire selon lequel mes collègues des bureaux principaux ne vous aideraient pas à porter vos bagages, je me suis assuré d’alerter notre responsable du bureau de Front Office de ce problème regrettable. Merci d'avoir attiré notre attention sur ce qui précède. Je voudrais m'excuser pour ces expériences malheureuses. Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour chez nous vous ait laissé une impression négative. Nous comprenons que ces excuses ne peuvent plus changer l'expérience que vous avez vécue dans notre hôtel. La satisfaction de nos clients étant notre priorité, nous espérons donc que vous envisagerez de nous donner une seconde chance de regagner votre confiance et de vous prouver que nous sommes en mesure de délivrer à nos chers invités une expérience de niveau 5 étoiles que beaucoup ont acquise. venez aimer au fil des ans. Excellente situation centre ville et bel hôtel cosy et luxueux . Restaurants et bar très beaux et accueillants. La salle de petit déjeuner est grandiose. En revanche l’insonorisation des fenêtres des chambres est inexistante. Elles ne filtrent aucun bruit de la rue, et en centre ville il y en a nuit et jour. Tres bruillantes pour les chambres donnant sur les rues.

We regret to learn about the inconvenience you experienced because of the noise outside. We are unfortunately not always able to keep the buzz of our lively city centre outside. That is because our hotel is in the heart of the centre of the city and also close to the entertainment area. We do have rooms looking out on the courtyard of our hotel, which are more quiet. As we aim to provide our guests with nothing less than a five star level service we are very sorry to hear that we did not achieve this at the time. Disappointed that The Tailor wasn’t serving its full cocktail menu the evening we visited as seemingly they did not have all the ingredients! Sadly didn’t get any five star wow factor impression - the hotel feels quite ‘corporate’ and impersonal. Breakfast options were varied but the coffee was awful. Rooms were spotlessly clean but underwhelming. Good location but wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A big shout out to Janneke, she was so lovely at our check in. The hotel is stunning and in a great location. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
