Really nice stay at this hotel
Very nice hotel, great location, near to the historical sites and the old town (market, restaurants etc.). The staff was professional and nice. The breakfast was well furnished. The only critic I have is about the size of the bathroom.

Hotel very well located few minutes walking distance from everything you need and to Citadel and Antique Theatre. Warm welcome, very clean, very well equiped bedroom. We had a very nice stay for the 2 nights. Thank you!!!!

Avis partagé. l'hôtel est superbe et propre par contre dès notre arrivée, ils nous ont fait nous garer au milieu des poubelles avec des odeurs pourries le temps que le portail se libére. Nos sacs ont été posés dans la pourriture avant d'être rentrés à l'hotel. De plus, nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes et ils nous ont fait payé un supplément de 20€ pour un troisième lit...une pure arnaque. À part cela, les chambres sont très propres, les matelas et les oreillers confortables. Beaucoup de produits à disposition. Le patron adorable, le personnel au petit soin mais nous l'avons tout de même cher payé.

Très bon hôtel confortable, bien entretenu et propre. A noter la bonne literie et l'agencement de la chambre, petite pour 3, mais fonctionnelle. Un voiturier bien utile vue la circulation s'occupe de votre voiture pour la garer et la déplacer si besoin. Idéalement placé dans la basse ville, adossé au magnifique et grouillant souk de Amman. Le quartier peut faire un peu peur au départ mais c'est une idéale entrée en matière en arrivant de l’aéroport ;-) Le personnel est un peu froid mais très professionnel, qui nous a changé de chambre dès notre arrivée suite à une fuite d'eau dans la Sdb. On a eu la même chambre, juste un étage plus bas. Le point faible, c'est le petit-dejeuner, pas tres varié en sucré surtout, dans un environnement froid (17 degrés ...).

The location is good, it is close to Citadel, and also surrounding by local markets, shops and local resturants. The hotel ambiance is nicer than in the photos on Hotel.com. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the stay!

The hotel is awesome and has a great location. The customer service is excellent. The room is clean and has everything you need with a very comfy bed. I really recommend it. If you need a driver, ask the front desk door Hussan- he will take you anywhere for a good price. City Suggestion- avoid yellow taxi cabs they do not put the AC, smoke and are rude.

La hall dell’hotel è molto carina,la stanza appena passabile,la vista era terribile,la pulizia lasciava a desiderare e gli scarichi di lavandino e doccia erano mezzi intasati e c’era odore di fogna. La colazione era abbastanza buona ma decisamente troppo cara.

Good hotel with a central location
I am in general very satisfied with the hotel. It includes the breakfast, the fitness center (although small), and the service. The reason I will not give a top score is the noise from the traffic just outside the hotel. The hotel is situated a few metres from one of the most trafficked streets in this part of the town. This can be disturbing in the evening and night. Fortunately, the windows are well-isolated but the traffic and noise from the street was still a bit disturbing.

My two friends and I decided to stay here to be near downtown and the Citadel. The area around the hotel is lively, crowded, and local, which is great it you want a taste of the real Amman. The hotel is an oasis in the middle of all that - clean, quiet, with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room (a triple) was clean, the beds comfortable, nice sheets, reasonable batthroom facilities, and the airconditioning excellent. We only stayed for one night as we came came from Wadi Rum and were flying out the next day, and it suited us just fine. We chose to stay here on the basis of the online comments we read and we weren't disappointed.

Great location in downtown Amman
Great location in down town close to the main attractions - only a 5 minute walk to the Roman theatre and a 20 minute walk to the Citadel. Room was very spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and working amenities. Only downside is that it’s next to a main road so ear plugs are needed to reduce the noise of the traffic. Other than that a great stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in downtown Amman!

Es un hotel pequeño situado en el centro de la ciudad, la zona antigua, en una calle muy transitada, con gran movimiento de comerciantes en los alrededores, lo que genera ruido pero solo en el día. La zona no es elegante pero esta rodeada de tiendas, restaurantes y cerca del teatro romano, a pie. Tambien cerca de la Citadel pero ahí si se requiere taxi. La atención del personal muy buena. El desayuno buffet aceptable. Buena relación por el costo

We had a pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. The room for 3 was quite spacious and clean. The hotel accepted credit-card, without additional charges, that we found to be quite uncommon in Amman. However, we were a quite disappointed for dinner after a long day journey and explorations. The menu was limited and the main course was restricted to a couple of pastas and a single chicken dishes only.
